Reference_Aid_programme: SA 42799(2015/X) This project concerns the implementation of pro-innovative advisory services by the Business Environment Authority (hereinafter referred to as IOB) for the benefit of the Applicant supporting the development and implementation of innovative services: 1. 3D laser scanning and thermal scanning with 3D printing, 2. Service of execution of design documentation in BIM documentation technology. The applicant will also implement a process innovation consisting of a significant improvement in the investment and design process. Innovation advisory services will include preparation for the implementation of innovations and support for the implementation of innovations in Design Services Andrzej Michalski. The applicant has limited human and technical resources and needs the substantive support of professionals with specific experience and practical expertise. The provided advisory support will enable the Applicant, among others, to prepare product documentation, to evaluate the project in terms of technology and business, to identify potential risks associated with the implementation of innovations or to select a suitable contractor for programming services. A set of strategic analyses and services in the field of innovation implementation, including advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovations, monitoring of implementation results will ensure the correct implementation of the project and adequate economic viability of the project. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy zrealizowania proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych przez Instytucję Otoczenia Biznesu (dalej jako IOB) na rzecz Wnioskodawcy wspierających opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnych usług: 1. Usługa laserowego skaningu obrazowego 3D oraz skaningu termicznego wraz z drukiem 3D, 2. Usługa wykonywania dokumentacji projektowej w technologii dokumentacji BIM. Wnioskodawcy wdroży również innowację procesową polegającą na znaczącym udoskonaleniu procesu inwestycyjno-projektowego. Usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji obejmować będą przygotowania do wdrożenia innowacji oraz wsparcie we wdrożeniu innowacji w Usługi Projektowe Andrzej Michalski. Wnioskodawca dysponuje ograniczonym zapleczem kadrowo-technicznym i potrzebuje merytorycznego wsparcia profesjonalistów o określonym doświadczeniu i praktycznej wiedzy specjalistycznej. Zapewnione wsparcie doradcze umożliwi Wnioskodawcy m.in. przygotowanie dokumentacji produktowej, dokonanie oceny projektu pod kątem technologicznym i biznesowym, zidentyfikowanie potencjalnych zagrożeń związanych z implementacją innowacji czy wyłonienie odpowiedniego wykonawcy usług o charakterze programistycznym. Zestaw analiz strategicznych i usług w zakresie implementacji innowacji, w tym m.in. doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenie w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji, monitoring efektów wdrożenia zapewnią prawidłowe wdrożenie projektu i odpowiednią opłacalność ekonomiczną przedsięwzięcia. W ramach inwestycji początkowej dokonany zostanie zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych oraz środków trwałych związanych z wdrażanymi innowacjami technologicznymi. (Polish)
