The Municipality ofStarachowice is the body that runs this cultural institution and provides it with a subject grant. In the Cultural Park there is a Cinema-Cultura, as well as many artistic groups, which gather around its offer a large part of the inhabitants of Starachowice. Currently, the Cultural Park does not have public access to the Wifi network, which, in the age of digitalisation, is a significant impediment for visitors and users of the site, e.g. the impossibility of buying ticketonline and making electronic payment. The municipality of Starachowice plans to install in ParkKultury 14 internal (ground floor – 3 points, 1st floor – 3 points, 2nd floor – 4 points, 3 rd floor – 4points) and 2 external (1 point on the main entrance wall and 1 point on the eastern wall of the building) hotspots, which will provide completely free access to the broadband internet with bandwidth >/=30 Mbps. The Beneficiary undertakes to maintain, service, promote and maintain the continued performance of the devices and access to the internet through them during the lifetime of the project and its completion. The project fits in with the objectives and objectives of measure 1.1 of the OPPC, i.e. eliminate territorial differences in the possibility of accessing high-speed broadband internet. The project will be implemented in accordance with the “Wifi Requirements” annex.Hotspots will be available to all recipients on an equal footing with the principles of equality and non-discrimination. The municipality of Starachowice decided to use configuration No 10 specified in point 4 of the Wifi Requirements (minimum 1 external and a minimum of 14 internal access points). Przedmiotem projektu jest montaż oraz utrzymanie 16 punktów dostępu do publicznego internetuw budynku Parku Kultury (ośrodek kultury) w Starachowicach ul. Radomska 21. GminaStarachowice jest organem prowadzącym tę instytucje kultury i przekazuje jej dotację podmiotową.W Parku Kultury działa Kino-Kultura, a także wiele grup artystycznych, które gromadzą wokółswojej oferty dużą część mieszkańców Starachowic. Obecnie Park Kultury nie posiadapublicznego dostępu do sieci-wifi, co w dobie cyfryzacji jest znacznym utrudnieniem dla osóbodwiedzających to miejsce i korzystających z jego usług, np. brak możliwości zakupu biletówonline oraz dokonania płatności elektronicznej. Gmina Starachowice planuje montaż w ParkuKultury 14 wewnętrznych (parter – 3 punkty, I piętro – 3 punkty, II piętro – 4 punkty, III piętro – 4punkty) oraz 2 zewnętrznych ( 1 punkt na ścianie przy głównym wejściu oraz 1 punkt na wschodniej ścianie budynku) hotspotów, które zapewnią całkowicie bezpłatny dostępu doszerokopasmowego internetu o przepustowościach >/=30 Mbps. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się do utrzymania, serwisowania, promowania oraz zachowania stałej wydajności urządzeń iudostępnianego za ich pośrednictwem dostępu do internetu w okresie trwałości projektu oraz pojego zakończeniu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia i cele działania 1.1 POPC tj. wyeliminująterytorialne różnice w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego internetu o wysokichprzepustowościach. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z załącznikiem „Wymagania do Wifi”.Hotspoty będą dostępne dla wszystkich jego odbiorców w równym stopniu z zachowaniem zasadyrówności oraz niedyskryminacji. Gmina Starachowice zdecydowała się skorzystać z konfiguracji nr10 określonej w pkt 4 Wymagań do Wifi (minimum 1 zewnętrzny i minimum 14 wewnętrznychpunktów dostępu). (Polish)
