The system will allow communication between a remote expert in the office and an employee performing field tasks. The software will also make it possible to recall the step-by-step procedure in front of the employee performing the operation. AR Solutions will have two main components: communicator, with the possibility of imposing augmented reality on the image seen by the recipient of digital elements, making it easier to design, repair devices, along with the function of a remote expert (the engineer can explain and indicate what to do in a given process to a person who does not have full technical knowledge or with less experience). The second part of the application will be the ability to visualise procedures (e.g. in the form of a step-by-step chequelist with the function of confirming the execution of the task), the ability to display engineering documentation, technical drawings of the device, video instructions and training prepared also using AR glasses, thanks to the camera function with the option of taking photos and recording processes. In addition, as part of the central part of the platform, in view of the development of the application, it is planned to implement the AI algorithm and Data Analytics, in order to enable customers implementing this technology to generate more effective savings through process optimisation and increase security, thanks to AI and DA. This is a vision of product development over a period of 3-5 years, given the need to collect adequate data with the help of the product to start developing such algorithms. Tworzony produkt AR Solutions będzie interaktywną platformą pozwalającą na nakładanie poszerzonej rzeczywistości (Augmented Reality/AR) za pośrednictwem sprzętu AR, na realne środowisko pracy (naprawy, inspekcje, kontrole, zdalne szkolenia pracownicze), dedykowaną dla przedsiębiorstw a w szczególności dla branży energetycznej, lotniczej, motoryzacyjnej oraz branż przemysłu 4.0. System będzie umożliwiał komunikację pomiędzy zdalnym ekspertem w biurze a pracownikiem wykonującym zadania w terenie. Oprogramowanie umożliwi także przywołanie procedury „krok po kroku”, przed oczami pracownika wykonującego daną operację. AR Solutions będzie miał w sobie dwie główne części składowe: komunikator, z możliwością nałożenia na obraz widziany przez odbiorcę elementów cyfrowych poszerzonej rzeczywistości, ułatwiając projektowanie, naprawę urządzeń, wraz z funkcja zdalnego eksperta (inżynier może osobie nieposiadającej pełnej wiedzy technicznej lub z mniejszym doświadczeniem, wytłumaczyć i wskazać co po kolei ma zrobić w ramach danego procesu). Drugą częścią aplikacji będzie możliwość naniesienia wizualizacji procedur (np. w formie czeklisty krok po kroku z funkcją potwierdzania wykonania zadania), możliwość wyświetlenia dokumentacji inżynierskiej, rysunków technicznych urządzenia, wideo instrukcji i szkoleń przygotowanych również z wykorzystaniem okularów AR, dzięki funkcji kamery z opcją robienia zdjęć i nagrywania procesów. Dodatkowo w ramach centralnej części platformy, w perspektywie rozwoju aplikacji planuje się zaimplementowanie algorytmu sztucznej inteligencji oraz Data Analytics, w celu umożliwienia klientom wdrażającym tę technologię, bardziej skuteczne generowanie oszczędności dzięki optymalizacji procesów oraz podnoszenie bezpieczeństwa, właśnie dzięki AI and DA. Jest to wizja rozwoju produktu w perspektywie 3-5 lat z uwagi na konieczność zebrania adekwatnej ilości danych z pomocą produktu umożliwiających rozpoczęcie opracowywania takich algorytmów. (Polish)
