The main object of the project is the design audit of STALCO Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter Stalco), carried out by a team of experts. On the basis of it, a design strategy will be developed along with recommendations that will be the basis for adjusting the direction of the company’s development to the recommendations contained in the strategy. The design strategy shall include at least the following elements: (a) the general characteristics of the company, including the company’s design analysis in terms of products, technology, organizational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy; (B) a general description of the company’s design environment, including at least information on customer characteristics, a description of the main competitors; (C) a description of market trends, identification of key industry, social and technological trends with a high potential for impact on the company’s market; (D) an assessment of the level of use of the design in the company and its potential in this respect; (e) defining design problems in the company, which may affect both the product and other business processes within the company; (F) the possibility of solving design problems in the company; (g) recommendations for further detailed actions for the company. The activities will include Stage I Several (1-5 days) audit by experts e.g.: design, business, analysis, marketing, finance, technology, industry, sociology, etc. Stage II Review/expansion of the team – Multidisciplinary project team min. 4 experts. Stage III Internal analysis for design. Stage IV External analysis for design. Stage V Creating a solution base. Stage VI Final Recommendations. Głównym przedmiotem projektu jest audyt wzorniczy STALCO Sp. z o.o. (dalej Stalco), przeprowadzony przez zespół ekspertów. Na jego podstawie opracowana zostanie strategia wzornicza wraz z rekomendacjami, które będą podstawą do dostosowywania kierunku rozwoju firmy do zaleceń zawartych w strategii. Strategia wzornicza będzie zawierać co najmniej następujące elementy: (a) ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej; (b) ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów; (c) opis trendów rynkowych, określenie kluczowych trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek firmy; (d) ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie; (e) zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie, przy czym problemy te mogą dotyczyć zarówno produktu, jak i innych procesów biznesowych w firmie; (f) możliwości rozwiązania problemów wzorniczych w przedsiębiorstwie; (g) rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy. Działania obejmą Etap I Kilkudniowy (1 - 5 dni) audyt przez ekspertów np.: wzornictwo, biznes, analizy, marketing, finanse, technologia, branża, socjologia etc. Etap II Weryfikacja/rozbudowa zespołu - Multidyscyplinarny zespół projektowy min. 4 ekspertów. Etap III Analiza wewnętrzna pod kątem designu. Etap IV Analiza zewnętrzna pod kątem designu. Etap V Tworzenie bazy rozwiązań. Etap VI Końcowe rekomendacje. Termin dla wykonawcy na wykonanie ww. działań to sześć miesięcy od daty rozpoczęcia audytu. (Polish)
