The purpose of the project is to: improving the attractiveness and quality of education in line with the needs of the economy, the labour market and society in the School Complex of the Centre for Agricultural Training in Nowosonce, through the construction of growing polygone in the period 2016-2018. Brief description: The project involves the construction of a cultivation hall in the CKR Complex of Nowongce, with a usable length of 2 288.90 m² and a volume of 17 712 m³. The realisation of the investment will allow an additional area to be generated for the training of the profession, improve the quality of the teaching of the profession and give an additional option to 50 students. The facility will be used for the training of technicians, including technicians of agricultural and rural technicians, landscape architecture, farmers, mechanical machinery and equipment. Thanks to the implementation of a peer-to-peer project, the new quality of education will be supported by 225 ZSCCoR students, including 205 from rural areas. The partnership will make it possible to modify the workshop scenarios in order to bring them into line with the new infrastructure, the needs of the regional labour market and the competences desired by employers. The infrastructure is directly linked to educational objectives of the school and contributes to the objectives of the RIS and the objectives of the Regional Development Strategy for Podkarpackie 2020. The implementation of the project complies with the principle of sustainable development by minimising environmental impact, while at the same time offering technical and technological solutions to ensure sustainability and resilience as a result of climate change. The infrastructure covered by the project will not restrict access to resources and is designed in accordance with the principle of universal design. Elements for improving energy efficiency are planned: Photovoltaic panels and ground heat exchanger. (English)
