The purpose of this project is to implement a business strategy for the internationalisation of the company’s activities. This implementation will take place through the participation of the Applicant’s representatives in foreign trade fairs and exhibitions, the search and selection of business partners on the target market and the development of the concept of the company’s image. During the development of the strategy, potential markets where the applicant’s company could sell its products were analysed. The applicant’s most promising target markets are listed: the German and Dutch markets. The strategy sets out the main actions to be taken to fully meet all qualitative and quantitative objectives. The project will be implemented in stages. The marketing task of implementing the concept of the image of the entrepreneur on the German and Dutch markets will be carried out for each of the following fair events. A search and selection of trading partners will also be carried out for each market. The applicant will take part in two trade fairs: • 02.2020 BIOFACH (Germany) • 10.2021 ANUGA(Germany) The project will achieve the following output indicators: — Number of enterprises supported (CO01) – 1 — Number of enterprises receiving grants (CO02) – 1 pcs. — Private investments complementary to public support to enterprises (grants) (CO06) – PLN 117 420.00 – Number of enterprises that have made organisational and procedural changes – 1 piece — Number of enterprises supported in the field of internationalisation of activities – 1 pcs. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie strategii biznesowej w zakresie umiędzynarodowienia działalności przedsiębiorstwa. Wdrożenie to nastąpi poprzez udział przedstawicieli Wnioskodawcy w zagranicznych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych, wyszukiwanie i dobór partnerów biznesowych na rynku docelowym oraz opracowanie koncepcji wizerunku firmy. W trakcie opracowywania strategii dokonano analizy potencjalnych rynków, na których firma wnioskodawcy mogłaby prowadzić sprzedaż swoich produktów. Wyszczególniono najbardziej obiecujące dla firmy wnioskodawcy rynki docelowe: rynek niemiecki oraz holenderski. Strategia określa najważniejsze działania, które należy podjąć aby w pełni zrealizować wszystkie cele jakościowe i ilościowe. Przedmiotowy projekt zostanie zrealizowany etapami. Dla każdej z kolejnych imprez targowych zostanie zrealizowane zadanie marketingowe polegające na wdrożeniu koncepcji wizerunku przedsiębiorcy na rynku niemieckim oraz holenderskim. Dla każdego z rynków zostanie również przeprowadzone wyszukiwanie i dobór partnerów handlowych. Wnioskodawca weźmie udział w dwóch imprezach targowych: • 02.2020 BIOFACH (Niemcy) • 10.2021 ANUGA(Niemcy) Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki produktu: - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CO01) - 1 szt. - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CO02) - 1szt. - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CO06) - 117 420,00 PLN - Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które wprowadziły zmiany organizacyjno-procesowe - 1 szt. - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności - 1szt.
