The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of life for 12BO(6K/6M) which are at risk of socio-professional exclusion by restoring their employability, also promoting social work throughout the project’s duration. The project is aimed only at people living in the municipality of Chernożyły in łódzkie voivodship. The main aim of the project is to improve the socio-professional situation for people experiencing difficulties in finding themselves in society, and at the same time isolated from professional activity for various reasons, including lack of motivation to act, lack of faith in their own forces. Through the implementation of the project we assume the restoration of employability for 12BO(6K/6M) participants living in the commune of Cz-la by taking part in vocational training, acquiring new professional skills, workshops with a career counselor, as well as acquiring new social skills, increasing self-confidence, breaking barriers, combating stress, solving conflicts through participation in psychosocial workshops, improving the social and life competences of the participants by group and individual psychological support.The project allows access to educational services through the possibility of doing a course for wheelchairs. forklifts and courses for the elderly and disabled.All planned tasks in the project will be based on an individual path of reintegration taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, predisposition, resources, potential.All activities in the project will be carried out in accordance with the minimum standard in order to adapt the appropriate forms of support in the context of the diagnosed inequalities.The project is to assume the strengthening of the human potential of GOPS in Chernożyła by continuing employment of a social worker.The work of a social worker will consist of working together with specialists, initiating new forms of assistance to people and families with a difficult life situation by providing comprehensive support to participants projj. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości życia dla 12BO(6K/6M) które są zagrożone wykluczeniem społeczno-zawodowym przez przywrócenie im zdolności do zatrudnienia, także upowszechnienia pracy socjalnej przez cały okres trwania projektu.Projekt skierowany jest tylko dla osób zamieszkujących teren gminy Czarnożyły w woj.łódzkim.Głównym założeniem projektu jest poprawa sytuacji społeczno-zawodowej dla osób przeżywających trudności w odnalezieniu się w społeczeństwie, a jednocześnie odizolowanych od aktywności zawodowej z różnych powodów m.in.braku motywacji do działania, braku wiary we własne siły. Poprzez realizacje projektu zakładamy przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia dla uczestników 12BO(6K/6M) zamieszkujących teren gminy Cz-ły przez udział w szkoleniach zawodowych, nabywaniu nowych umiejętności zawodowych, warsztatach z doradcą zawodowym, a także nabyciu nowych umiejętności społecznych, wzrostu pewności siebie, przełamaniu barier, zwalczaniu stresu, rozwiązywaniu konfliktów przez udział w warsztatach psychospołecznych, podniesieniu kompetencji społecznych i życiowych uczestników przez grupowe i indywidualne wsparcie psychologa.Projekt umożliwia dostęp do usług edukacyjnych poprzez możliwość zrobienia kursu na wózki widłowe i kursu dla osób starszych i niepełnosprawnych.Wszystkie zaplanowane zadania w projekcie odbędą się w oparciu o indywidualna ścieżkę reintegracji z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, predyspozycji, zasobów, potencjału.Wszystkie działania w projekcie zostaną przeprowadzone zgodnie ze standardem minimum w celu dostosowania odpowiednich form wsparcia w kontekście zdiagnozowanych nierówności.W projekcie jest założenie wzmocnienia potencjału kadrowego GOPS w Czarnożyłach poprzez kontynuacje zatrudnienia pracownika soc.Praca pracownika soc będzie polegała na współdziałaniu ze specjalistami, inicjowaniu nowych form pomocy osobom i rodzinom mającym trudną sytuację życiową przez zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia uczestnikom proj (Polish)
