Virtual reality and augmented reality are modern visual techniques that are increasingly used in many areas of life, from entertainment to complex solutions used by industrial enterprises, research and research units or public service institutions. They are used effectively, especially where the replacement of real objects and real human activities with three-dimensional virtual models and simulations brings significant economic benefits or (for example, during training of trainees of different professions) contributes to risk reduction. The aim of the project will be to carry out R & D works that will lead to the creation of an application, presenting in a transparent and visually attractive form spatial development plans and architectural concepts based on them in the form of virtual mockups or virtual objects integrated into the image of the real environment. An important element will be the parameters of the plans attached to the three-dimensional picture, which are relevant for all groups of stakeholders, including owners of neighbouring properties, potential investors and future buyers of planned buildings, apartments and commercial premises. Local and regional authorities will be able to communicate more efficiently with the social partners on land use plans, which will help to better determine them.
