The subject of the project is the drainage of rainwater from the Nowy Otok East settlement to the Oława river by leading a new section of the open rain canal, a culvert under the road in ul. Kilińskiego, a rainwater sewer pipeline, a coalition separator integrated with a sand settler with a 5-bypass, and the outlet to the drainage ditch of the R-O-11- left-shore tributary of the Oława river, as well as the construction on the section of the O-K ditch above the insertion of the O K 1 ditch of the rainwater flow regulator towards the railway embankment towards the street. It’s Małopolna. The project includes the following tasks: 1) Preparation of technical and design documentation; 2) Ground construction and sewerage works; 3) Indirect costs. The project is a comprehensive project to ensure the discharge of rainwater and meltwaters from the Nowy Otok East housing estate in Oława, including the protection of the support area against adverse weather events and climate change. The entity responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the project products during the durability period will be the Municipality of the City of Oława. The applicant shall have the organisational, institutional, technical and financial capacity to implement and maintain the effects of the project. The management of the project during its implementation and during the sustainability period will be the responsibility of the highest management of the Oława Municipal Office, consisting of: The mayor, his deputy, the Treasurer and the Secretary. The implementation of the project will be carried out by employees of the City Hall in Oława, who have the necessary experience, knowledge and skills in the implementation of projects co-financed by the EU. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Gminy Miasto Oława. Głównym celem projektu jest zabezpieczenie obszarów miejskich w Oławie przed niekorzystnymi zjawiskami pogodowymi i ich następstwem, poprzez budowę sieci kanalizacji deszczowej wraz z urządzeniami wodnymi. Przedmiotem projektu jest odprowadzenie wód opadowych z osiedla Nowy Otok Wschód do rzeki Oława poprzez poprowadzenie nowego odcinka kanału deszczowego otwartego, przepustu pod drogą w ul. Kilińskiego, rurociągu kanalizacji deszczowej, separatora koalescyjnego zintegrowanego z osadnikiem piasku z 5-krotnym bypassem, oraz wylotu do rowu melioracji szczegółowych R-O-11- lewobrzeżnego dopływu rzeki Oława, a także zabudowaniu na odcinku rowu O-K powyżej wpięcia rowu O K 1 regulatora przepływu wód deszczowych w kierunku nasypu kolejowego w kierunku ul. Małopolnej. Projekt obejmuje następujące zadania: 1) Przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej i projektowej; 2) Roboty budowlane ziemne i kanalizacyjne; 3) Koszty pośrednie. Projekt stanowi kompleksowe przedsięwzięcie zapewniające odprowadzenie wód opadowych i roztopowych z osiedla Nowy Otok Wschód w Oławie, w tym umożliwi zabezpieczenie obszaru wsparcia przed niekorzystnymi zjawiskami atmosferycznymi i zmianami klimatu. Podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za realizację i utrzymanie produktów projektu w okresie trwałości będzie Gmina Miasto Oława. Wnioskodawca posiada zdolność organizacyjną, instytucjonalną, techniczną oraz finansową do realizacji i utrzymania efektów projektu. Za zarządzanie projektem w trakcie jego realizacji oraz w okresie trwałości odpowiedzialnym będzie najwyższe kierownictwo Urzędu Miejskiego w Oławie, w skład którego wchodzą: Burmistrz, jego Zastępcy, Skarbnik i Sekretarz. Wdrażaniem projektu zajmować się będą pracownicy Urzędu Miejskiego w Oławie, którzy posiadają niezbędne doświadczenie, wiedzę i umiejętności w zakresie realizacji projektów współfinansowanych ze środków UE.
