SA 42799(2015/X) The project will consist of the development of recipes and testing of natural cosmetics on the basis of bee products, enabling them to be packaged in water-permeable film. 1.TESTING OF COSMETICS. 1.1. Microbiological tests of cosmetics – confirming the microbiological purity of the raw materials used and the quality of production: — presence of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans – total mesophilic aerobic microbial count 1.2. A cosmetic maintenance test to check the performance of the preservative or preservative used to preserve a particular product. 1.3. Physico-chemical tests of cosmetics – characterising the physico-chemical properties of individual cosmetics (selection of parameters depending on the type of products): — sensory analysis – descriptive method – water activity, (due to the honey used) – determination of pH, – determination of density, – determination of dynamic viscosity, 1.4. Testing of the stability and compatibility of the product with cosmetic packaging 1.5. Dermatological tests under the supervision of a dermatologist on a group of 20 probants – a study confirming the absence of allergic reactions caused by the cosmetic product 1.6. Application tests under the supervision of a specialist on a group of 20 probants – involving a suitably selected group of volunteers in house conditions: — application tests, – subjective panel 2. APPLICATION-PARATURE TESTS. Perform measurements prior to the start of the test and after 4 weeks of application on a group of 5 probants. Tested apparatus parameters individually selected for individual products. The tests are intended to confirm the performance of individual cosmetic products under in vivo conditions. 3.ANISES LABELS FOR THE CORRECT LABELLING AND CORRECTNESS OF MARKETING DECLARATIONS. 4.REGULATION OF THE SAFETY ASSESSMENT REPORT (ROB) 5. NOTIFICATION ON THE CPNP PORTAL. Preparation of the report (English)

Badania mikrobiologiczne kosmetyków – potwierdzające czystość mikrobiologiczną użytych surowców i jakość produkcji: - obecność Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans - ogólna liczba drobnoustrojów tlenowych mezofilnych 1.2. Test konserwacji kosmetyków przeprowadzana w celu sprawdzenie skuteczności działania środka konserwującego lub układu konserwującego użytego do zakonserwowania konkretnego produktu. 1.3. Badania fizykochemiczne kosmetyków – charakteryzujące własności fizykochemiczne poszczególnych kosmetyków(dobór parametrów w zależności od rodzaju produktów): - analiza sensoryczna – metoda opisowa - aktywność wodną,(ze względu na użyty miód) - oznaczenie pH, - oznaczenie gęstości, - oznaczenie lepkości dynamicznej, 1.4. Badania stabilności i kompatybilności wyrobu z opakowaniem kosmetycznej 1.5. Badane parametry aparaturowe dobierane indywidualnie do poszczególnych produktów. Badania mają na celu potwierdzić właściwości użytkowe poszczególnych produktów kosmetycznych w warunkach in vivo. 3.ANALIZA ETYKIET POD KĄTEM PRAWIDŁOWEGO OZNAKOWANIA I POPRAWNOŚCI DEKLARACJI MARKETINGOWYCH. 4.SPORZĄDZENIE RAPORTU OCENY BEZPIECZEŃSTWA (ROB) 5. NOTYFIKACJA W PORTALU CPNP. Sporządzenie raport (Polish)
