The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city of Tychy and in the district ofbieruńsko-Ludzińsk. The project will support 225 people registered in the Tychy PLO under 30 years of age. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO Tychy will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the labour market for the years 2014-2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Tychy i powieciebieruńsko-lędzińskim.W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 225 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Tychy poniżej 30 roku życia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Tychy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
