The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the City of Ruda Śląska. The project will support people under the age of 30 meeting the following cumulative criteria: 1. registered in the PUP Ruda Śląska,2. aged 18-29,3. at least 60 % of participants, i.e. 118s. (66k, 52 m) will be participants meeting the NEET definition,4 at least 45 %, i.e. 88 people (49k, 39 m) – will be people in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. people with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant and preparation, update of the IPD. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Mieście Ruda Śląska.W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby poniżej 30 roku życia spełniające łącznie następujące kryteria:1. zarejestrowane w PUP Ruda Śląska,2. w wieku 18-29 lat,3. co najmniej 60% uczestników tj. 118os. (66k, 52m) będą stanowili uczestnicy spełniające warunku definicji NEET,4. co najmniej 45% tj. 88 osoby (49k, 39m) - będą stanowiły osoby znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osoby z niepełnosprawnościamii/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika oraz przygotowanie, aktualizacja IPD. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
