The object of the project is the construction of an integrated system for the collection and management of rainwater through the construction of a 2,6 km long rainwater drainage system with accompanying infrastructure and 3 drainage reservoirs with a total volume of 255.1 m³. The project covers the streets of W. Komara, T. Ślusarskigo and J. Kusociński, which are part of the Małomice estate in Lubin. Implementation of the project will enable the collection, retention and management of excess rainwater from the Malomice estate, from an area of 2.97 hectares, where 171 people currently live. The project includes the construction of a 2,6 km long rain drainage network, three retention and drainage tanks (ZB1 – with a volume of 236.8 m³, ZB2 with a volume of 12.9 m³, ZB3 with a volume of 5.4 m³), accompanying infrastructure in the form of a sandbox in front of the ZB1 reservoir, 7 settlement wells and a outlet to the Małomicki stream. The scope of the project is a fully functioning system for managing excess rainwater from the catchment area. The implementation of the project does not require additional projects for its proper operation and the project itself does not contain installations and elements that do not directly affect the functioning of the system. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the safety of Lubin’s inhabitants by building a rainwater network with accompanying infrastructure for the collection and management of rainwater during heavy rain. The chosen technology is the result of the conceptual work carried out. In the concept phase, 4 options were proposed to address the problem of rainwater in the area covered by the project. The chosen option turned out to be optimal. The applicant has the appropriate human resources and the technical and organisational resources necessary for the implementation of the investment. The project is prepared for implementation. As part of the project, part of the expenditure will be implemented through indirect costs using a flat rate ( (English) | |||||||||||||||

Realizacja przedsięwzięcia umożliwi odbiór, retencjonowanie i zagospodarowanie nadmiaru wód opadowych z osiedla Małomice, z obszaru o powierzchni 2,97 ha, na którym obecnie zamieszkuje 171 osób. Projekt obejmuje wykonanie sieci kanalizacji deszczowej o długości 2,6 km, trzech zbiorników retencyjno-rozsączających (ZB1 - o kubaturze 236,8m3, ZB2 o kubaturze 12,9m3, ZB3 o kubaturze 5,4m3), infrastruktury towarzyszącej w postaci piaskownika przed zbiornikiem ZB1, 7 studni osadnikowych oraz wylotu do potoku Małomickiego.
