Our activities as a result of the outbreak of the pandemic could not be carried out to the full extent. The restrictions linked to the pandemic, in particular the ban on catering and pizzerias, have contributed to a significant decrease in the number of customers and a decrease in revenues. Our company was shut down most of the time. We could not offer dishes to our customers in stationary form, nor did we organise special events, i.e. baptisms, communions, birthdays, etc. Both of these things have resulted in a significant decrease in our turnover and a lack of liquidity in the company. We have not been able to settle our obligations on a regular basis, pay invoices and employees’ salaries. In addition, the food products that we use to produce dishes sold at the premises, purchased before the pandemic, were unused and spoiled, which increased our losses. The need for the project results from the desire to maintain the company and maintain the declared employment, which will be possible thanks to the support received. The support will be used to cover the company’s working and day-to-day running costs. We will pay a minimum of rent, utilities and daily groceries from which dishes are made sold to customers. This is our main cost. We also need to purchase more disinfectants imposed by the current restrictions. Nasza działalność z związku z pojawieniem się pandemii nie mogła być prowadzona w pełnym zakresie. Ograniczenia związane z pandemią, w szczególności zakaz prowadzenia działalności przez lokale gastronomiczne i pizzerie przyczynił się do znacznego spadku liczby klientów oraz spadku przychodów. Nasza firma była zamknięta przez większość czasu. Nie mogliśmy oferować dań naszym klientom w formie stacjonarnej, ani urządzać imprez okolicznościowych, tj. chrzty, komunie, urodziny itp. Obie te rzeczy wpłynęły na znaczny spadek naszych obrotów i brak płynności w firmie. Nie byliśmy w stanie na bieżąco regulować naszych zobowiązań, opłacać faktur i wynagrodzeń pracowników. Dodatkowo, produkty spożywcze, które służą nam do produkcji dań sprzedawanych w lokalu, zakupione przed pandemią zostały niewykorzystane i się popsuły, co zwiększyło nasze straty. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z chęci utrzymania firmy i utrzymania zadeklarowanego zatrudnienia, co będzie możliwe dzięki otrzymanemu wsparciu. Wsparcie zostanie wykorzystane na pokrycie kosztów obrotowych firmy i kosztów związanych z bieżącym funkcjonowaniem. Opłacimy z niego min. czynsz, media i codzienne zakupy spożywcze z których wytwarzane są dania sprzedawane klientom. Jest to nasz główny koszt. Musimy też zakupić większą ilość środków do dezynfekcji narzuconych obecnymi obostrzeniami. Otrzymanie wsparcia pozwoli naszej firmie nadal działać i na bieżąco regulować zobowiązania (Polish)
