The main objective is to raise social and professional competences among 60 participants (UPs), including 36 women (K), who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the above-mentioned WL area. The target will be achieved between 1.10.2020 and 31.12.2021 (during 15 months of project implementation). Scope of support: the project offers support for active inclusion in 2 areas: activation of society and activation of the profession. Within the framework of social activation, each UP will receive support in the form of special legal, family and psychological counselling, participation in workshops that are training of competences and skills of society and workshops. Social activation is led by a partner. As part of professional activation, we enable vocational training, internships and placements, and the leader is responsible for the tasks. Projekt skierowany jest do mieszkańców terenów wiejskich (DEGURBA 3) woj. lubuskiego (dalej WL). Wsparcie otrzymują wyłącznie osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Głównym celem jest podniesienie kompetencji społecznych oraz kwalifikacji zawodowych wśród 60 uczestników (UP), w tym 36 kobiet (K), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zamieszkujących w/w obszar WL. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od 1.10.2020 roku do 31.12.2021 roku (w okresie 15 m-cy realizacji proj.). Zakres wsparcia: projekt oferuje wsparcie dotyczące aktywnej integracji w 2 obszarach: aktywizacja społ. i aktywizacja zawod. W ramach aktywizacji społ. każdy UP otrzyma wsparcie w postaci specj. poradnictwa o charakterze prawnym, rodzinnym i psychologicznym, udział w warsztatach będących treningami kompetencji i umiejętności społ. oraz warsztatach kompet. życiowych. Aktywizację społeczną prowadzi partner. W ramach aktywizacji o charakterze zawodowym, umożliwiamy udział szkoleniach zawodowych, stażach i pośrednictwie pracy, a za zadania odpowiada lider. (Polish)
