The need to implement the project stems from the problem of low capacity to recruit or improve the situation of a player, as a result of: Low/lack of soft power/low/low/no qualifications Low/lack of experience. Low/lack of knowledge of job-search. The project addresses these problems by equipping UP in the fields of skills/qualifications, experience and knowledge as far as they are concerned, as well as to know what they are looking for. Grupa docelowa: 72osoby (44K), w tym - 30 os.bezrobotnych,poszuk.pracy oraz 30 os.biernych zawod.w wieku od 30r.ż., w tym zwłaszcza: a)kobiety b)os.z niepełnospr. c)os.50+ d)os.długotrwale bezrob. e)os.o niskich kwalif. f)os.posiad.min. jedno dziecko do 6r.ż. lub co najmniej jedno dziecko z niepełnospr.do 18r.ż. g)migranci powrotni i imigranci - 12 os. pracujących w wieku od 30r.ż.: a)zatrudn.na um.cywilnopr. b)zatrudn.na um.krótkoterminowych c)osiągających niskie dochody (tzw. ubodzy pracujący) d)migranci powrotni i imigranci, e)odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny Proj.skier.do osób fiz.mieszkających w roz.KC i/lub pracujących i/lub uczących się na terenie na terenie powiatów województwa opolskiego: głubczyckiego, kędzierzyńsko-kozielskiego, krapkowskiego, nyskiego, prudnickiego.
