(min.60 %) 2. 24 workers (14K and 10M): employed in civil law contracts, short-term contracts, low incomes (working poor), return migrants and migrants, coming out of agriculture and their families. 1.Occupational guidance, which will result in the development/update of the Individual Action Plan; 2.Vocational training; 3.Duties of socio-professional competence; 4.Employment services; 5.Professional traineeships. Support dodatkowe:zwroty access costs, training grants, traineeships, medical check-ups, reimbursement of care costs for s.min.one child up to 6, or min.one child with disabilities up to 18; RESULTS/INDICATORS: The unemployed, including the long-term bezomb, with disabilities, the long-term powerless, with disabilities, the low-skilled supported at programie:odpowiednio 34; 14; 3; 5; 15. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU realizowanego w okresie od 01.02.2019r do 31.01.2020 r. to uzyskanie zdolności do trwałego zatrudnienia lub poprawy sytuacji zawodowej przez 72 osoby(44 kobiety/28 mężczyzn),powyżej 30 roku życia(od dnia 30 urodzin),które pracują i/lub zamieszkują w roz.przepisów KC na obszarze powiatów:opolskiego,brzeskiego,namysłowskiego, kluczborskiego, oleskiego,strzeleckiego w województwie opolskim,w tym: 1.34 os.bezrobotne(21K i 13M) i 14 osób poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo(9K i 5M),w tym zwłaszcza: - 5 os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej; -29 kobiet; -3 os.z niepełnosprawnościami -5 os.długotrwale bezrobotnych; -15 os.o niskich kwalifikacjach; -3 os.posiadające min.jedno dziecko do 6 r.ż. lub min.jedno dziecko z niepełnosprawnościami do 18 r.ż.; -migranci powrotni i imigranci. (min.60%) 2. 24 osoby pracujące(14K i 10M):zatrudnione na umowach cywilnoprawnych,zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych,osiągające niskie dochody(tzw.ubodzy pracujący),migranci powrotni i imigranci,odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny.[GRUPA DOCELOWA] Projekt obejmuje kompleksowe i indywidualne wsparcie: 1.poradnictwo zawodowe,którego efektem będzie opracowanie/aktualizacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania; 2.Szkolenia zawodowe; 3.Warsztaty kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych; 4.Pośrednictwo pracy; 5.Staże zawodowe. Wsparcie dodatkowe:zwroty kosztów dojazdu,stypendia szkoleniowe,stażowe,badania lekarskie,zwrot kosztów opieki dla os.posiad.min.jedno dziecko do 6 r.ż. lub min.jedno dziecko z niepełnosprawnościami do 18 r.ż.;.
