The main goal of the project is to improve the processes related to evaluating the work of the eighth-grader exam from selected subjects (mathematics, English, additional subjects from 2022 – biology, chemistry, physics, geography, history) by creating an IT system (modern and functional web application), adapted to the conditions of the Polish exam system. In 2018-2019, IT Systems for Professional Examinations and General Exams were implemented in the Exam system. They are used for communication between the District Examination Boards (OKE) and the school and between OKE and the passer. A minimally computerised area is assessment and communication between OKE and examiners. The remote evaluation system will enable, among others, checking scanned examination works on the home computers of examiners, automatic collection of evaluation results in electronic version, support for quality control of assessment, reporting of the assessment process and exchange of information between examiners and the team supervising their work. In addition, it will allow, among others, to increase the number of exams covered by e-evaluation, to increase the number of examiners using the IT tool to assess the solutions of tasks, and to increase the quality of assessment of eighth-grader examinations thanks to the specialisation of examiners in assessing specific tasks. The source code holder will be CKE, so there will be no risk of vender locking, and in addition, it will be possible to make modifications to the software, taking into account, for example, future changes in the legal regulations concerning the formula of exams. In addition, access to the source code will enable the system to be developed and adapted to changing technologies (e.g. operating systems and web browsers) and evaluation methods (e.g. by allowing examiners to introduce new error markings). More information – Chapter 3.1 “Study”. (English)

Głównym celem projektu jest usprawnienie procesów związanych z ocenianiem prac egzaminu ósmoklasisty z wybranych przedmiotów (matematyka, język angielski, przedmioty dodatkowe od 2022 roku – biologia, chemia, fizyka, geografia, historia) poprzez stworzenie systemu informatycznego (nowoczesnej i funkcjonalnej aplikacji webowej), dostosowanego do warunków polskiego systemu egzam. W latach 2018–2019 w systemie egzam. wdrożone zostały systemy Informatycznej Obsługi Egzaminów Zawodowych i Egzaminów Ogólnych. Ponadto pozwoli m.in. na zwiększenie liczby egzaminów objętych e-ocenianiem, zwiększenie liczby egzaminatorów wykorzystujących do oceniania rozwiązań zadań narzędzia IT, podniesienie jakości oceniania prac egzaminacyjnych z egzaminu ósmoklasisty dzięki specjalizacji egzaminatorów w ocenianiu konkretnych zadań. Posiadaczem kodu źródłowego będzie CKE, dzięki czemu nie będzie istniało ryzyko vender lockingu, a dodatkowo będzie można wprowadzać w oprogramowaniu modyfikacje, uwzględniające np. wprowadzane w przyszłości zmiany w przepisach prawa dotyczące formuły egzaminów. Ponadto dostęp do kodu źródłowego umożliwi rozbudowywanie i dostosowanie systemu do zmieniających się technologii (np. systemów operacyjnych i przeglądarek internetowych) i sposobów oceniania (np. poprzez możliwość wprowadzania nowych oznaczeń błędów przez egzaminatorów).
