The implementation of this project will enable the following indicators to be achieved: estimated annual decrease of greenhouse gas emissions 475,95 tonnes of CO2-equivalent, CO2 emissions reduction: 42,15a before: 1129,26 tonnes of CO2-yr after: 653,30 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, reduction of PM 2,5 emissions: 92,23a before: 1,74 Mgr year, b after: 0,13 MFD PM 10 emissions reduction: 96,56a before: 4,13 Mgr year, b after: 0,14 MoGro.Applicant does not have and does not plan to draw up a safety net for those who incur increased heating costs of the premises associated with the permanent change of the heating system within the territory covered by the Propane. It will not be carried out in a spa town. The project is not implemented in the municipality classified to the areas where it is necessary to take remedial action in order to take remedial action in order to eliminate old, low heating heating appliances and specified in the existing POP for Małopolskie Province in Annex 1 to Resolution No XLII66213 of the Polish Regional Assembly of 30.09.2013. the project is indicated in the PGO for Alwernia, identifying the problem situation in the municipality, including a high level of omission, coal as a major fuel. Includes activities which in the PGN are described as a long-term target for the elimination of low legal fuel equipment. the connection to the district heating network is not planned during the programme period, i.e. by 2023. organisation 9 training courses for local residents: the boilers Eco Design, low emission, ecological behaviour, economic performance, sustainable development, improving the impact of energy and energy. Organisation of competition on topics such as reducing low emissions for elementary school pupils from the municipality with prizes: grants in kind 10, as well as the organisation of an event to promote good practice in the Gmina. Realizacja niniejszego projektu pozwoli osiągnąć następujące wskaźniki: szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych475,95 ton równoważnika CO2rok, redukcji emisji CO2: 42,15 a przed: 1129,26 ton równoważnika CO2rokb po: 653,30 ton równoważnika CO2rok, redukcja emisji pyłu PM 2,5: 92,23 a przed: 1,74 Mgrok,b po: 0,13 MGrok. redukcja emisji pyłu PM 10: 96,56 a przed: 4,13 Mgrok,b po: 0,14 MGrok.Wnioskodawca nie posiada oraz nie planuje przygotowania programu osłonowego dla osób, które ponoszą zwiększone koszty grzewcze lokalu związane z trwałą zmianą systemu ogrzewania na terenie objętym proj. Proj. nie będzie realizowany na terenie miejscowości uzdrowiskowych. Projekt nie jest realizowany na terenie Gminy zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych, niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym POP dla woj. małopolskiego stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do uchwały Nr XLII66213 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 30.09.2013 r.Projekt jest wskazany w PGN dla Gminy Alwernia, identyfikuje sytuację problemową na terenie Gminy, w tym wysokie zaniecz., węgiel jako główne paliwo. Obejmuje działania, które w PGN są opisane jako długookresowe do podjęcia eliminacja niskosprawnych urządzeń na paliwa stałe .Na obszarze objętym proj. podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej nie jest planowane w okresie realizacji programu, czyli do 2023 r.W ramach proj. zaplanowano działania na rzecz podnoszenia świad. ekolog: organizacja 9 szkoleń dla mieszkańców Gminy o tematyce: kotły normy Eco Design, niska emisja, zachowania proekologiczne, oszczędność zas. nat., zrównoważony rozwój, poprawa efekt.i energ. Organizacja konkursu dot. tematyki:np. zmniejszanie niskiej emisji dla uczniów szkół podstawowych z terenu Gminy z nagrodami: granty niepieniężne 10 szt., a także zorganizowanie wydarzenia promującego stosowanie dobrych praktyk w Gminie.
