The project involves 21 units of Małopolskie Province with 58 public buildings. The aim of the project is to achieve the expected energy efficiency indicators and emission reductions that affect the quality of the project in the province. Energy audits have been carried out for all the buildings covered by the project. Based on this, the scope of the renovation works, the selection of which depends on the specific characteristics and current energy performance of the buildings, will include the following works: insulation of walls, ceilings and floor covering, insulation of frames and doors, supply of frames and frames, installation of solar systems, use of photovoltaic panels for the building’s energy, replacement of hot-water systems, heaters, radiators, replacement of heat sources, renovation of the roof, replacement of light sources on energy efficient buildings, insulation of buildings and refurbishment of buildings, refurbishment of supply systems, installation of cooling systems or refurbishment of buildings, use of gas heat pumps, connection to a district heating network, the detailed scope of renovation work for each building is set out in section C.2.3. For all buildings, it is also planned to supplement the metering of existing and planned installations. The installation of: 112 heat meters 69 meters c.52 cold meters, 21 photovoltaics (8) meters for solar collectors. work will be done on the basis of project documentation prepared by the Bodies. W przedmiotowym Projekcie uczestniczy 21 jednostek Województwa Małopolskiego dysponujących 58 budynkami użyteczności publicznej. Celem realizacji projektu jest osiągnięcie założonych wskaźników efektywności energetycznej oraz redukcji emisji mających wpływ na stan jakości powierza w województwie. Dla wszystkich budynków objętych projektem zostały opracowane audyty energetyczne. Na ich podstawie określono zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych, których dobór został uzależniony od specyfiki i obecnej charakterystyki energetycznej budynków.Będą to m. in. następujące prace: docieplenie ścian, stropów i stropodachów, docieplenie ościeży, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, montaż nawiewników, montaż systemów solarnych, zastosowanie fotowoltaiki wspomagającej zapotrzebowanie na energię budynku, wymiana instalacji c.w.u., c.o., grzejników, wymiana źródeł ciepła, remont pokrycia dachu, wymiana źródeł światła na energooszczędne oraz dostosowanie istniejącej instalacji do oświetlenia energooszczędnego, m. in. poprzez instalacje czujników ruchu, montaż opomiarowania instalacji w budynkach, izolacje przeciwwilgociowe budynku i odwodnienia budynków, modernizacja instalacji nawiewnowywiewnej, montaż systemów chłodzenia lub ich modernizacja, zastosowanie gazowych pomp ciepła, podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej,Szczegółowy zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych dla każdego budynku został przedstawiony w części C.2.3. Dla wszystkich budynków zaplanowano również uzupełnienie opomiarowania w zakresie istniejących i projektowanych instalacji. Łącznie zaplanowano instalację: 112 liczników ciepła 69 liczników c.w.u. 52 liczniki chłodu, 21 liczników fotowoltaiki 8 liczników kolektorów słonecznych.Ww. prace wykonane zostaną w oparciu o przygotowane przez Jednostki dokumentacje projektowe.
