Głównym celem projektu „Przebudowa i rozbudowa oczyszczalni ścieków w Czerminie ” jest poprawa gospodarki ściekowej na terenie Gminy Czermin. Cel główny będzie realizowany poprzez cele szczegółowe, które będą związane z długoterminowymi korzyściami, które zostaną osiągnięte poprzez realizację projektu. • zwiększenie dostępności do sieci kanalizacyjnych, wzrost liczby osób, przedsiębiorstw, podmiotów publicznych korzystających z sieci kanalizacyjnych – na obszarach aglomeracji uwzględnionych w KPOŚK, Masterplanie dla wdrażania Dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych • zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia środowiska niekontrolowanym i nielegalnym zrzutem ścieków, • osiągnięcie wymaganej przepustowości lub parametrów oczyszczania ścieków, • wprowadzenie nowoczesnych technologii oczyszczania i kontroli procesu technologicznego, które podniosą efektywność odbioru i oczyszczenia ścieków, • zmniejszenia uciążliwości i kosztów związanych z opróżnianiem szamb i indywidualnym wywozem ścieków, • poprawa jakości usług, związanych z gospodarką ściekową • zmniejszenie liczby awarii, • poprawa warunków i bezpieczeństwa pracy pracowników oczyszczalni ścieków i obsługi sieci kanalizacyjnej, • wdrożenie lub poprawa funkcjonowania systemu monitorowania parametrów fizykochemicznych ścieków i wód odbiornika, • pośrednio poprzez realizację inwestycji zapewnienie uzbrojenia dla terenów pod inwestycje mieszkaniowe, komercyjne i publiczne,• zmniejszenie ryzyka skażenia: indywidualnych i zbiorowych ujęć wody, cieków i zbiorników wodnych, zbiorników wód podziemnych, środowiska wodnego obszarów objętych strefami ochrony, formami ochrony przyrody, występowania gatunków chronionych,• zmniejszenie kosztów jednostkowych gosp. ściekowej,• poprawa wizerunku gminy / miejscowości, • wzrost świadomości ekolog. mieszkańców, Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie robót budowlanych obejmujących przebudowę i rozbudowę oczyszczalni ścieków w miejscowości Czermin.
