(Swedish)

Today, there is no unifying force in the Örebro region that can take advantage of development-promoting projects and generate knowledge reversal of results in the construction and real estate industry. The feasibility study shall map and describe current collaboration initiatives, both local and regional, as well as its stakeholders, and then submit proposals for the development and organisation of a collaboration initiative in Örebro County. The feasibility study will also result in at least one major regional or interregional development project with focus in Örebro Län, which can support and make the collaboration initiative more viable. The outcome is expected to be an in-depth regional collaboration in Örebro County for buildings with very low energy use. (English)
