    Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana 70 sztuk starych nieefektywnych kotłów węglowych o niskiej sprawności wytwarzania ok. 0,5 na nowoczesne kotły gazowe o wysokich sprawnościach 57 sztuk, na nowoczesne kotły na biomasę 7 sztuk oraz na pompy ciepła 6 sztuk, oraz przebudowa istniejących wewnętrznych instalacji w zakresie niezbędnym do prawidłowego funkcjonowania nowego systemu grzewczego, a także przeprowadzenie kampanii edukacyjno promocyjnej.Celem działania jest redukcja niskiej emisji CO2 i pyłu zawieszonego PM10 i PM2,5.UZUPEŁNIENIE:Dwutlenek węgla CO2 redukcja o 64,32, czyli o 635,81 ton równoważnika CO2rok, emisja przed 988,56 ton CO2rok, emisja po 352,75 ton CO2rok Pyły PM10 redukcja o 99,71, czyli 3,6016 Mgrok, emisja przed 3,6120 Mgrok, emisja po 0,0104 MgrokPyły PM 2,5 redukcja o 99,32, czyli 1,5104 Mgrok, emisja przed 1,5208 Mgrok, emisja po 0,0104 Mgrok.W ramach realizacji inwestycji zaplanowano:1 Roboty instalacyjno sanitarne związane z wymianą 64 szt. niskosprawnych kotłów węglowych na nowoczesne kotły na paliwo gazowe i na biomasę, spełniające obecnie obowiązujące normy w zakresie ochrony środowiska;2 Roboty instalacyjno sanitarne związane z wymianą 6 szt. niskosprawnych kotłów węglowych na pompy ciepła3 Przebudowa istniejących instalacji gazowych i c.o. w zakresie niezbędnym do prawidłowego funkcjonowania nowych systemów grzewczych;4 Limitowane koszty pośrednie zarządzanie projektem, pełna inwentaryzacja źródeł ciepła5 Informacja i promocja Na terenie gminy nie ma sieci ciepłowniczej. Rozwój sieci nie jest przewidziany w planach strategicznych gminy.
