The project concerns the purchase and installation of modern biomass boilers, gas in residential buildings, together with the necessary modernisation of the installation of c.o., the conversion of coal-fired boilers with a efficiency of 4055 to modern boilers with a efficiency of more than 90 will reduce the amount of fuel consumed. The project will cover the purchase and installation of 150 boilers of 137 boilers and 13 burning biomass, together with the necessary modernisation of the installation and the labour. The material scope will include the dismantling of the existing boiler. It is also planned to raise the awareness of citizens declared to take part in energy saving and energy efficiency and fuel consumption in new boilers. The project was indicated in the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the inhabitants of the municipality. The Low Carbon Economy Plan for the Municipality of Mszina Dolna has an inventory of atmospheric emissions of pollutants by sector. In the construction sector, some were estimated to be around 85 farms use coal, which is 3508 buildings in the total number of buildings. It is clear from the PGN that coal is the main source of energy. It represents 36,92 overall final energy consumption. The sector responsible for the highest CO2 emissions to the atmosphere in the municipality of Mszina Dolna is the residential sector. It is responsible for 74,63 of total CO2 emissions. In the Low Carbon Economy Plan information on the replacement of boilers and installations for sub-measure 4.4.2 was included in the Low Carbon Economy Plan, the Municipality of Mszina Dolna is the project coordinator in which the final customer is resident. The other information concerning the Low Carbon Economy Plan, the emission reductions and the pollution levels, the plans for the development of a district heating network and the social plan for the residents of the municipality of Mszakna Dolna were included in point Q of the Specific Analysis. Zakres projektu obejmie zakup i montaż 150 kotłów 137 kotłów gazowych i 13 opalanych biomasą wraz z niezbędną modernizacją instalacji i robocizną.
