The scope of the investment in question consists of: construction works for the construction of the building in question, construction of road infrastructure and technical infrastructure for demolition works for buildings 562, 563A and 564, fundamental, wired, masonry, carpentry, decorating, installation, installation, finishing, road. The development of the plots will include 192.3 m² of roads, 6 parking spaces, 72 m² and 36.3 m² of recreation and recreation area. the building will obtain category IX of the construction works, e.g. for cultural buildings, cultural houses. the building will have the following expansion: 413.64 m² of construction, 928.98 m² of operating space, 4 510 m³.Adopted in design, technical and technological solutions are in line with best practice in the given area, guarantee access for persons with disabilities and ensure the energy efficiency of the building and do not create persistent and prescriptive environmental risks. The purchased materials will guarantee a high quality level and the price estimates specified in the price estimates are in line with the applicable on the property market. the project will be carried out in 3. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa i przebudowa istniejącego budynku remizy ochotniczej straży pożarnej na potrzeby budynku wielofunkcyjnego wraz z wewnętrznymi instalacjami oraz infrastrukturą techniczną: odwodnienie terenu z separatorem i zbiornikiem na wody opadowe, infrastrukturą drogową: zjazdy, utwardzeniem terenu: chodniki, place i miejsca postojowe, małą architekturą i zielenią. Rozbudowa polega na wydłużeniu budynku o część zawierającą na parterze garaż dla dwóch samochodów bojowych straży pożarnej, na piętrze salę wielofunkcyjną z zapleczem, a na poddaszu salę szkoleniową m .in. dla strażaków z zapleczem oraz wyposażenie istniejącej części w podnośnik dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Zakres przedmiotowej inwestycji obejmuje: prace ogólnobudowlane związane z rozbudową i przebudową przedmiotowego budynku, prace związane z budową infrastruktury drogowej i infrastruktury technicznej roboty rozbiórkowe dla budynków 562, 563A i 564, fundamentowe, zbrojarskie, murarskie, ciesielskie, dekarskie, montażowe, instalacyjne, wykończeniowe, drogowe. Zagospodarowanie działek obejmie 192,3 m2 zjazdów i ciągów pieszojezdnych, 6 miejsc postojowych 72 m2 oraz 36,3 m2 placu rekreacyjnego.Budynek uzyska kategorię IX obiektów budowlanych, czyli m.in. dla budynków kultury, domów kultury.Budynek po rozbudowie będzie liczył: 413,64 m2 pow. zabudowy, 928,98 m2 pow. użytkowej o kubaturze 4510 m3.Przyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania architektoniczne, techniczne i technologiczne są zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w danej dziedzinie, gwarantują dostęp osobom niepełnosprawnym oraz zapewniają energooszczędność budynku i nie stwarzają trwałych i ponadnormatywnych zagrożeń dla środowiska.
