The project includes the development of project design, project development and development of land area No 3526 and 3525 in the near vicinity of the School Team in Chełmcu, a sports complex consisting of a fridge, a swimming pool, sports pitches, playgrounds and an external chamber. The project consists of the completion of the existing park area with amphitheatre and the culture of a small catering observatory. The park area is to be developed by planting green spaces and the construction of steam infrastructure in the form of aleas and cycle paths, benches, garbage bins and lighting. In this form, the site will play a cultural role with the planned amphitheatre, as well as educational activity in particular in the event of the construction of an astronomical observatory. the main features of the project are the following: 1. the reconstruction of public spaces with the construction of an amphitheater and a place on the stage; in terms of the conversion of public spaces, existing roads will also be rebuilt to enable access to the infrastructure to be created, and the 2th building of a cultural building, which includes the areas necessary for the cultural activities of the municipality, the Municipality of Gminny Culture and the non-governmental organisations of the municipality: a multifunctional audiovisual meeting room with equipment, exhibition space; the small astronomical observatory on the final floor, with a dioec.Within the same building, will be the commercial functions which are perfectly complementary to the possibilities for organising cultural events: the recreational space designed for the bowls, the consumption space and hotel rooms in this part is ineligible in proportion to the area of these functions, minus the eligible costs in comparison to the total costs of construction of the cost estimate. Projekt obejmuje opracowanie koncepcji projektowej, projektu oraz wykonanie zagospodarowania terenu działek nr 3526 oraz 3525 w bliskim sąsiedztwie Zespołu Szkół w Chełmcu, kompleksu sportowego, w skład którego wchodzą lodowiskorolkowisko, basen, boiska sportowe, place zabaw oraz siłownia zewnętrzna. Przedmiotem projektu jest dopełnienie istniejących obiektów o teren parkowy wraz z amfiteatrem oraz obiektem kultury z małym obserwatorium astronomicznym. Teren parkowy ma zostać zagospodarowany poprzez nasadzenie zieleni oraz budowę infrastruktury parkowej w postaci alejek i ścieżki rowerowej, ławek, koszy na śmieci oraz oświetlenia. W takiej postaci teren będzie pełnić rolę kulturową wraz z planowanym amfiteatrem, a także edukacyjną szczególnie w przypadku budowy obserwatorium astronomicznego.Główne elementy projektu to:1. przebudowa przestrzeni publicznej z budową plenerowego amfiteatru z zapleczem i miejscem na scenę; w zakresie przekształcenia przestrzeni publicznej przebudowane zostaną również istniejące drogi, umożliwiające dojazd do tworzonej infrastruktury;2. budowa budynku obiektu kultury, zawierającego przestrzenie niezbędne dla działalności kulturalnej gminy, Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury oraz organizacji pozarządowych z terenu gminy: przestrzeń spotkań wielofunkcyjna sala audiowizualna z wyposażeniem, przestrzeń wystawienniczą; małe obserwatorium astronomiczne na ostatniej kondygnacji, z wyposażaniem.W tym samym budynku będą umiejscowione funkcje komercyjne, które doskonale uzupełnią możliwości organizacji wydarzeń kulturalnych: przestrzeń rekreacyjna projektowana dla kręgielni, przestrzeń konsumpcyjna oraz pokoje hotelowe ta część stanowi koszty niekwalifikowane proporcjonalnie do powierzchni tych funkcji zostały pomniejszone koszty kwalifikowane w stosunku do całkowitych kosztów budowy z kosztorysu.
