The project involves the regeneration of a city centre of 1.83 ha. The investment will include: reconstruction of the market, which includes, inter alia, the complete replacement of a board of the market with the restoration of the historical store and the shape of the no existing Town Hall, the installation of a small architecture, including the exposure of salt lumps, the construction of a fountain, the renovation of the monument of Kazimierz Wielkie together with the sum of ilumination, the new development of this green house; the formation of a city courtyard forerf in the north and east of the city and from the streets of Sona and pl. ST Kingi with restriction of traffic on motor vehicles and suppliers only; renovation of the transport lines to more user-friendly and accessible cyclists in the streets of the adjacent and adjacent streets; the project also provides for the exchange of lighting, loading and illumination of objects, the cleaning up of existing parking spaces and the renovation of underground infrastructure. As a result of the implementation, the area will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, travelling for the blind, hard of hearing, intellectual disabilities, as well as elderly people, parents with young children, people with the time mobile. Adopted architectural, technical and technological solutions are in line with best practice in the given field and do not create persistent and prescriptive environmental risks. The material purchased will guarantee a high level of quality and the price estimates specified in the price estimates are in line with the prevailing local price levels. The work identified in the dossier, identified as renovation, will be of the nature of investment expenditure that increases the value of the infrastructure of the fixed assets. Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja centrum miasta o powierzchni 1,83 ha. Inwestycja obejmie: przebudowę Rynku, obejmującą m.in. całkowitą wymianę nawierzchni płyty rynku z przywróceniem historycznych zarysów płyty i zaznaczeniem kształtu nieistniejącego już ratusza, montaż małej architektury, w tym ekspozycję brył soli, budowę fontanny, remont pomnika Króla Kazimierza Wielkiego wraz z iluminacją, nowe zagospodarowanie zielenią; utworzenie dziedzińca miejskiego woonerf w północnej i wschodniej pierzei oraz z ulic Solnej i pl. Św. Kingi z ograniczeniem ruchu kołowego wyłącznie dla pojazdów uprzywilejowanych i dostawców; przebudowęremont ciągów komunikacyjnych na przyjazne pieszym i rowerzystom w ulicach przyległych i sąsiadujących z Rynkiem;W ramach projektu przewidziano również wymianę oświetlenia, iluminacje i doświetlenie obiektów, uporządkowanie istniejących miejsc parkingowych oraz remont infrastruktury podziemnej. W wyniku realizacji obszar zostanie przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, poruszających się na wózkach, niewidomych i słabo widzących, niedosłyszących, niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie, a także osób starszych, rodziców z małymi dziećmi, osób z czasowymi ograniczeniami mobilności.Przyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania architektoniczne, techniczne i technologiczne są zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w danej dziedzinie i nie stwarzają trwałych i ponadnormatywnych zagrożeń dla środowiska. Zakupione materiały gwarantować będą wysoki poziom wysoki poziom jakościowy, a określone w kosztorysach ceny są zgodne z obowiązującymi na rynku lokalnym. Wskazane w dokumentacji prace określone jako remont modernizacja, renowacja będą mieć charakter wydatków inwestycyjnych podwyższających wartośćużyteczność infrastrukturymajątku trwałego.
