Bromölla kommun ska i sin förstudie ta reda på vilka behov kommunen, medborgare och företagare har av digitala tjänster och service. Kommunen ska undersöka vilka interna behov av digitalisering som finns i kommunens olika verksamheter, allt i syfte att ge den bästa servicen, få ett effektivt arbetssätt, öka sin tillgänglighet och uppnå hög kvalitet. I förstudien ska man ta del av andra kommuners erfarenheter av digitalisering samt göra kartläggningar av behov kopplat till digitalisering. Vid förstudiens slut ska Bromölla kommun ha svar på vad som ska digitaliseras och hur man ska gå vidare i digitaliseringsarbetet. I förstudien läggs extra fokus på kommunikation av resultat. The municipality will investigate the internal needs of digitisation in the municipality’s various activities, all in order to provide the best service, get an efficient way of working, increase accessibility and achieve high quality. In the feasibility study, other municipalities’ experiences of digitisation and make mappings of needs related to digitalisation will be examined. At the end of the feasibility study, Bromölla municipality will have answers to what is to be digitised and how to proceed in digitisation work. In the feasibility study, additional focus is placed on communication of results. (English)
