Kompetensutveckling för livsmedel2020 övergripande mål är att stärka konkurrenskraften hos små och medelstora (SMF) livsmedelsföretag i Västra Götalandsregion genom nätverksbyggande aktiviteter och kompetensutvecklingsinsatser. Projektet kompletterar Livsmedelsacceleratorn verksamhet och kommer bistå företagen med kompetensutveckling på temat Hållbar produktion, Digitalisering & automation samt Hälsa och smak med utgångspunkten SMF:s identifierade kunskapsluckor och behoven från omvärlden. På sikt förväntas projektet resulterat i att stärka FoU-kompetensen och förmågan att arbeta med utvalda fokusområden hos målgruppen SMF. (Swedish)

The project complements the food accelerator activities and will assist companies with skills development on the theme of Sustainable Production, Digitalisation & automation and Health and taste based on SMF’s identified knowledge gaps and needs from the outside world. In the long term, the project is expected to strengthen R & D competence and the ability to work with selected focus areas of the target group SMEs. (English)
