Detta är ett samverkansprojekt mellan IUC Norrbotten AB och Business Sweden AB. Målet är att pro-jektet ska leda till att minst 15 företag har strukturerade exportaffärer, samt att skapa modeller och verktyg och etablera en permanent verksamhet som tar vid då projektet avslutas. Med hjälp av utvecklingsinsatser inom företagsledning, expansion och affärsutveckling, utveckla företagens förmåga att bli internationellt framgångsrika produktägande företag. Deras arbetsmetod är att stötta små och medelstora företag att bli redo för expansion och tillväxt. För att lyckas med detta kommer de att arbeta med dialog i möten, både enskilt och i grupp, genomförande av utvecklingsin-satser, mestadels i form av workshops, handledning och rådgivning. (Swedish)

Their working method is to support SMEs to become ready for expansion and growth.
