Enligt projektägaren saknas det en samlad regional bild över omfattningen av bolag på Gotland med tillväxtpotential i tidiga skeden som är i behov av marknadskompletterande kapital. Region Gotland avser därför att kartlägga omfattningen av bolag på Gotland med tillväxtpotential, tillgången till marknadskompletterande kapital för gotländska bolag under uppstarts- och tillväxtfas samt företagens upplevda svårigheter. Projektägaren vill även undersöka hur två andra framstående regioner arbetar med marknadskompletterande ägarkapital för att ta lärdom av deras erfarenheter. (Swedish)
