A significantly improved charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in both inland and urban areas in the region. This increases accessibility and freedom of choice for northern Sweden’s inhabitants and entrepreneurs to drive vehicles on renewable electricity. The project is expected to increase the efficiency of energy consumption in vehicles by 7900 MWh during the project and increase the share of renewable energy by 1980 kWh. This results in a reduction of nearly 1 900 tonnes of carbon dioxide. The project participants from the main target group (municipalities, energy companies, real estate companies, shops, petrol stations) can offer added value to their customers/inhabitants. Through collaboration in the project, knowledge will be transferred between the parties so that each solution is as good as possible. By thinking “elegest” (normcritical approach) during the project, new thinking, improved, solutions will be developed. A basic structure of charging infrastructure and dissemination of the project results will make the electric car visible as an alternative to petrol and diesel-powered cars. Overall objectives: The overall goal of the project is to increase the use of renewable energy in both the public and private sectors, i.e. electricity from northern Sweden, by replacing fossil fuels with electricity. Project objectives: * Increased use of renewable electricity: 1980 MWh. * Energy efficiency in the automotive sector: about 7900 MWh. Sub-targets: * 5 fast chargers * 16 semi-fast chargers * 4 normal chargers/slow chargers * 2 bus chargers The subgoals create a base for an increase in local and regional fleets of electric vehicles by connecting the first skeleton of charging infrastructure along the transport paths in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. This allows electric car users to move all over the region. Horizontal targets: * The entire project is environmental-oriented, and in addition to streamlining vehicles and increasing the share of renewable energy, the project will also improve urban air through reduced nitrogen oxide and particle emissions.     En avsevärt förbättrad laddinfrastruktur för elfordon i såväl inlandet som i mer stadsnära områden i regionen. Det ger en ökad tillgänglighet och valfrihet för norra Sveriges invånare och företagare att köra fordon på förnybar el. Projektet beräknas bidra med att under projekttiden ha effektiviserat energianvändningen i fordon med 7900 MWh och ökat andelen förnybar energi med 1980 kWh. Detta ger en utsläppsminskning med nästan 1 900 ton koldioxid. Projektets deltagare från huvudmålgruppen (kommuner, energibolag, fastighetsbolag, affärer, bensinmackar) kan erbjuda ett mervärde till sina kunder/invånare. Genom samverkan i projektet kommer kunskap överföras mellan parterna så att respektive lösning blir så bra som möjligt. Genom att tänka "eljest" (normkritiskt förhållningssätt) under projektets gång kommer nytänkande, förbättrade, lösningar att tas fram. En grundstruktur av laddinfrastruktur samt spridning av projektresultatet kommer att synliggöra elbilen som alternativ till bensin- och dieseldrivna bilar. Övergripande mål: Projektets övergripande mål är att öka användningen av förnybar energi inom både offentlig och privat sektor, dvs el från norra Sverige, genom att ersätta fossila drivmedel med el. Projektmål: * Ökad användning av förnybar el: 1980 MWh. * Energieffektivisering i fordonssektorn: ca 7900 MWh. Delmål: * 5 snabbladdare * 16 semisnabba laddare * 4 normalladdare/långsamladdare * 2 bussladdare Delmålen skapar en bas för en ökning av lokala och regionala flottor av elfordon genom att koppla ihop det första skelettet av laddinfrastruktur längs transportstråken i Norrbotten och Västerbotten. Det gör att elbilsanvändare kan röra sig över hela regionen. Horisontella mål: * Hela projektet är miljöinriktat, och utöver att effektivisera fordonen och öka andelen förnybar energi så kommer projektet även att förbättra stadsluften genom minskade kväveoxid- och partikelutsläpp. Utsläppen av koldioxid kommer att minska med nästan 1900 ton under projektettiden. * Medvetenheten av vikten av normkritiskt tänkande vid placering och för användning av stolparna ska ha tydliggjorts hos alla samverkanspartners.
