For Västmanland County, this means continued and deepened collaboration between the actors working for SMF’s internationalisation, i.e. ALMI Mälardalen/Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Business Sweden, Export Credit Board, Region Västmanland, Chamber of Commerce Mälardalen and representative of Västmanland’s smart specialisation areas. In autumn 2017, planning will be carried out for start-up on 1 January 2018. The establishment of regional export centre Västmanland is a natural development of the cooperation within the county’s internationalisation council. The project will lead to more efficient and better support for companies that have the potential and ability to operate on an international market. In parallel with the establishment of regional export centre Västmanland Region Västmanland will start using verksamt.se as an information channel. Projektet avser etablering av regionalt exportcenter Västmanland i enlighet med Tillväxtverkets modell. För Västmanlands län innebär detta bl.a. fortsatt och fördjupad samverkan mellan de aktörer som verkar för SMF:s internationalisering, d.v.s. ALMI Mälardalen/Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Business Sweden, Exportkreditnämnden, Region Västmanland, Handelskammaren Mälardalen och representant för Västmanlands smart specialiseringsområden. Under hösten 2017 genomförs planering för uppstart 1 januari 2018. Etableringen av regionalt exportcenter Västmanland är en naturlig utveckling av det samarbete som sker inom länets Internationaliseringsråd. Projektet skall leda till effektivare och bättre stöd till företag som har potential och förmåga att verka på en internationell marknad. Parallellt med etableringen av regionalt exportcenter Västmanland kommer Region Västmanland att börja använda verksamt.se som informationskanal. Verksamt.se kommer att bli en viktigt kanal också för regionalt exportcenter Västmanland. (Swedish)
