Overall objectives More of the region’s SMEs should have innovation activity or innovation collaboration to create innovative products and services aimed at environmentally friendly and resource-efficient data centres. Project objectives The project goal is to create and/or contribute to the creation of the following measurable results; 7 newly created regional SMEs, what offer is based on research and innovation in technology, methods, ways of working, business model or other area 6 new offers, i/from existing SMEs, based on research and innovation 3 % increased gross turnover from innovation-based SMEs to/within the data centre sector 5 % higher average gross turnover (per employee) of the SMEs that have high innovation content in their offerings, compared to the SMEs whose offer is more traditional, at a time of 15 SMEs, which have been established by the SMEs in an innovative way in terms of their offerings, and the SMEs, which have been created by a more traditional organisation at the same time as SMEs, have been established by the SMEs that have a high level of innovation in their offerings, compared to the SMEs whose offer is more traditional, at the same time as SMEs. The project will promote innovations in 1) new building and design methods for data centres 2) new/improved fun solutions for data centers 3) energy reuse from cold hot air 4) energy-conscious cloud (English) | |||||||||||||||

Övergripande mål Fler av regionens små och medelstora företag ska ha innovationsverksamhet eller innovationssamverkan för att skapa innovativa produkter och tjänster riktade till miljövänliga och resurs-/energieffektiva datacenter. Projektmål Projektet mål är att skapa och/eller bidra till skapandet av följande mätbara resultat; 7 st nyskapade regionala SMF, vads erbjudande bygger på forskning och innovation inom teknik, metoder, arbetssätt, affärsmodell eller annat område 6 st nya erbjudanden, i/från befintliga SMF, som bygger på forskning och innovation 3% ökad brutto-omsättning från innovationsbaserade SMF-affärer till/inom datacenterbranschen 5% högre genomsnittlig brutto-omsättning (per anställd) hos de SMF som har högt innovationsinnehåll i sina erbjudanden, jämfört med de SMF vars erbjudande är mer traditionella 15 st årsarbetstillfällen skapade, vid SMF och andra företag, genom att dessa på ett innovativt sätt startat/vidgat sin affärsverksamhet mot datacenterbranschen 20 st SMF som har utvecklat en hållbar och gynnsam samverkan med forsknings- och innovationsverksamhet(er), regionalt, nationellt och internationellt. Projektet ska främja innovationer inom 1) nya bygg- och konstruktionsmetoder för datacenter 2) nya/förbättrade kullösningar för datacenter 3) energiåteranvändning ur kall varmluft 4) energi-/resursmedvetna moln (Swedish)
