The purpose of the project is ‘Thanks to investment sites linked to the launch of an economic activity in the Zambrów’. The project involves a comprehensive site preparation for the land with a combined area. 6.4853 ha in order to impart new economic functions, including the setting up and construction of a communication system within the investment area. Together with the project already carried out, “Comprehensive site preparation for investments linked to the launch of production activities in Zambrów” forms a coherent approach to the development of investment sites. The city does not dispose of the investment areas to which it belongs, but has sites which may give rise to a capital injection. The realisation of the project will make it possible to fully exploit the potential resulting from the favourable position of a city in a number of 3 national roads (S8, DK63, DK66). Strategic objective of the project: stimulating economic development by increasing attractiveness for investors. Main objective of the project: stimulating the development of a competitive local economy and its support for innovative technologies. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, it is necessary to carry out investment tasks which translate into direct effects of the project, i.e. the development of land with a area of area. 6.4853 ha — products: Rainwater drainage — 349.3 m — water supply system — 390.8 m — sanitary sewerage — 377.4 m — execution: roads -368.30 m, pavements -2 712 m², from crossings to 85 m², — lighting network — 2 303 m, lighting points — 75 kpl. — The fencing of the 1 936.95 m plots will lead to results: Making it available to entrepreneurs of 5.8188 ha, with a view to locating investments in one area, attracting 5 companies, including 3 high-tech companies, and creating 100 new jobs. Creation of seasonal jobs -8 posts. Final Beneficiary: The municipality of the city of Zambrów. Group docelowa:przedsiębiorcy. Potential beneficiaries will be też:mieszkańcy cities and regions, cooperating companies, and the unemployed. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest „Powiększenie terenów inwestycyjnych związanych z uruchomieniem działalności gospodarczej w Zambrowie”. Projekt zakłada kompleksowe przygotowanie pod inwestycje terenu o łącznej pow. 6,4853 ha w celu nadania nowych funkcji gospodarczych, w tym uzbrojenie i budowa układu komunikacyjnego wewnątrz terenu inwestycyjnego. Razem z już zrealizowanym projektem „Kompleksowe przygotowanie terenu pod inwestycje związane z uruchomieniem działalności produkcyjnej w Zambrowie” tworzy spójną koncepcję uzbrojenia terenów inwestycyjnych. Miasto nie dysponuje urządzonymi terenami inwestycyjnymi, jednakże posiada tereny, które mogą spowodować dalszy napływ kapitału. Realizacja projektu umożliwi pełne wykorzystanie potencjału, wynikającego z korzystnego położenia miasta u zbiegu 3 dróg krajowych (S8, DK63, DK66). Cel strategiczny projektu: pobudzanie rozwoju gospodarczego przez zwiększanie atrakcyjności dla inwestorów. Cel główny projektu: stymulowanie rozwoju konkurencyjnej gospodarki lokalnej i jej wsparcie innowacyjnymi technologiami. Aby osiągnąć cele projektu należy zrealizować zadania inwestycyjne przekładające się na efekty bezpośrednie projektu, tj. uzbrojenie terenu o pow. 6,4853 ha - produkty: - kanalizację deszczową - 349,3 m - sieć wodociągową - 390,8 m - kanalizację sanitarną - 377,4 m - wykonanie: dróg -368,30 m, chodników -2712 m2, zjazdów - 85 m2, - sieć oświetlenia- 2 303 m, punkty oświetlenia-75 kpl. - ogrodzenie działek 1 936,95 m Wykonanie inwestycji doprowadzi do powstania rezultatów: - udostępnienie przedsiębiorcom 5,8188 ha pow. w celu lokalizowania inwestycji na jednym zwartym obszarze, - pozyskanie 5 firm, w tym 3 firm opartych na zaawansowanych technologiach, - stworzenie 100 nowych miejsc pracy. - stworzenie sezonowych miejsc pracy-8 etatów.
