the aim of the project is to improve the knowledge and the quality of practical training, to construct and develop a business line and to improve the matching of the labour market needs of students and teachers of the basic vocational education and technical training school in the School Complex of Mechanics of the Lasy. The priority area of support will be projects aimed at educating students and teachers of practical skills in the form of internships and apprenticeships in employers whose activities are embedded in smart specialisation (green construction, ICT, metal-engineering industry). The project will support 53 (8K/45M) students and 7 (4K/3M) of vocational training teachers from ZSBM in Łapy in 2016, with a traineeship programme of 28 (M) students, including: with 8 students from motor vehicle mechanics (now II class), with a technical college of 6 students in the classes of electrical techniques, 4 students of IT systems and 10 students of motor vehicle technician, all class III students. 10 persons from the technology class of motor vehicles will travel to a place of around 100 km from the lap and 18 students from the technical college: the classes of electrical techniques and information technology will take up traineeships with local entrepreneurs. In 2017, there will be 25 (8K/17M) students from the technical college: 10 students from construction techniques, 8 classes of hotel techniques and 7 students from motor vehicle engineering techniques. Pupils of classes of hotel techniques and motor vehicle engineer techniques will depart from the length of the period of exit. All students and vocational training teachers during traineeships will be provided with the necessary equipment, tools, working clothes, travel and insurance, to take part in OSH training provided by the company and receive a scholarship. In addition, participants in external traineeships will be provided with accommodation and full food, care at the trader and outside of business hours. (English)

    celem projektu jest podniesienie wiedzy i jakości kształcenia praktycznego,zbudowanie i rozwijanie relacji na linii szkoła-biznes oraz lepsze dostosowania do potrzeb rynku pracy wśród uczniów i nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowej i Technikum w Zespole Szkół Mechanicznych w Łapach. Priorytetowym obszarem wsparcia będą przedsięwzięcia nastawione na doskonalenie przez uczniów i nauczycieli umiejętności praktycznych w formie staży i praktyk zawodowych u pracodawców, których działalność wpisuje się w inteligentne specjalizacje (budownictwo ekologiczne, ICT, przemysł metalowo-maszynowy). W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 53 (8K/45M) uczniów i 7 (4K/3M) nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego z ZSM w Łapach W 2016 roku programem staży zostanie objętych 28(M) uczniów,w tym: z ZSZ 8 uczniów mechaniki pojazdów samochodowych (obecnie II klasa), z technikum:6 uczniów z klasy technik elektryk, 4 uczniów z technik informatyk oraz 10 uczniów z technik mechanik pojazdów samochodowych, wszyscy uczniowie z III klasy. 10 osób z klasy technik mechanik pojazdów samochodowych wyjedzie na staż do miejscowości około 100 km od Łap, natomiast 18 uczniów z technikum: z klas technik elektryk i informatyk będzie odbywało staże u lokalnych przedsiębiorców. W 2017 roku stażem objętych zostanie 25 (8K/17M) uczniów z technikum: 10 uczniów z klasy technik budownictwa, 8 uczennic z klasy technik hotelarstwa i 7 uczniów z klasy technik mechanik pojazdów samochodowych. Uczniowie klas technik hotelarstwa i technik mechanik pojazdów samochodowych wyjadą na staż wyjazdowy. Wszyscy uczniowie oraz nauczyciele kształcenia zawodowego podczas staży będą mieli zapewniony niezbędny sprzęt, narzędzia, ubranie robocze, dojazd, ubezpieczenie, wezmą udział w szkoleniu bhp zapewnionym przez przedsiebiorcę oraz otrzymają stypendium. Ponadto uczestnicy staży wyjazdowych będą mieli zapewnione zakwaterowanie i pełne wyżywienie, opiekę u przedsiębiorcy jak i poza godzinami (Polish)
