The project entitled: The development of electronic services and the quality and safety of public services provided by electronic means are concerned with the development of electronically supplied services. The project will be carried out in the Podlaskie region. The project will be attended by Podlaskie Province as its Leader and 13 Partnerships. The implementation of this measure will significantly contribute to the development of e-government in the region and will result in the improvement of the administration of the administrations, the reduction of administrative burden on the local authority, a reduction in the operating costs of the offices, which will consequently lead to improved access to the services of local inhabitants and entrepreneurs. The products and results of the project will benefit both the inhabitants, the entrepreneurs and the employees of the regional and local authorities of the provincial government. This investment will be implemented in the period 2019-2021. (English) | |||

Projekt pn. "ROZWÓJ CYFROWYCH USŁUG WOJEWÓDZTWA PODLASKIEGO" dotyczy rozwoju usług publicznych świadczonych drogą elektroniczną oraz podniesienia ich jakości i bezpieczeństwa. Przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie na obszarze województwa podlaskiego. W projekcie udział weźmie Województwo Podlaskie, jako jego Lider oraz 13 Partnerów - Jednostki Samorządu Terytorialnego. Realizacja przedmiotowego przedsięzwięcia przyczyni się w istotny sposób do rozwoju e-administracji w regionie oraz będzie skutkowała usprawnieniem obsługi klientów administracji, zmniejszeniem obciążeń administracyjnych na linii obywatel-samorząd, obniżeniem kosztów funkcjonowania urzędów, co w konsekwencji doprowadzi do poprawy dostępu do usług mieszkańców województwa i przedsiębiorców. Z produktów i rezultatów projektu będą korzystać zarówno mieszkańcy, przedsiębiorcy, jak i pracownicy instytucji samorządowych i publicznych województwa. Niniejsze zamierzenie inwestycyjne będzie realizowane w latach 2019 - 2021. (Polish)
