Increasing the importance and impact of social economy actors in the socio-economic development of the Białystok sub-region and the development of the ES sector through an increase in employment in the sector by 134 jobs, the support of 15 groups of action to initiate actions for ES, the improvement of the economic efficiency of 111 PES and the activation of 567 people (340K) at risk of poverty/exclusion, the economics of 9 NGOs and animation of cooperation with labour market institutions and social policies by 11.2019. the project is addressed to individuals and institutions from the area of the Białystok sub-region (the powiat białostocki ośląskie), including those at risk of poverty and social exclusion; the unemployed and the inactive who want to work in a social enterprise and social economy actors who want to develop into social enterprises or to economise their activities. The project involves animation, training, consultancy and financial support in the form of non-repayable grants for the setting up of a social enterprise and bridging financial support in the first year of operation. The project will also carry out specialised business support for existing social enterprises. The project will be carried out by the accredited Centre for Social Economics in Podlaskie Province in accordance with the accreditation structure of the OOP and the Foundation. The OWES undertakes to undergo a regular accreditation process in Podlaskie Province. (English)

    Zwiększenie znaczenia i wpływu podmiotów ekonomii społecznej w rozwoju społeczno–gospodarczym subregionu białostockiego i rozwój potencjału sektora ES przez wzrost zatrudnienia w sektorze o 134 miejsc pracy, wsparcie 15 środowisk inicjujących działania na rzecz ES, podniesienie efektywności gospodarczej 111 PES i aktywizację zawodową 567 osób(340K) zagrożonych ubóstwem/wykluczeniem społ., ekonomizację 9 NGO oraz animowanie współpracy z instytucjami rynku pracy i polityki społecznej do 11.2019 r. Projekt skierowany jest do osób i instytucji z terenu subregionu białostockiego (powiat białostocki ziemski i grodzki) w tym do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym; bezrobotnych i nieaktywnych zawodowo, które chcą podjąć pracę w przedsiębiorstwie społecznym oraz podmiotów ekonomii społecznej, które chcą przekształcić się w przedsiębiorstwa społeczne lub z ekonomizować swoje działania. Projekt zakłada wsparcie animacyjne, szkoleniowe, doradcze oraz wsparcie finansowe w postaci bezzwrotnych dotacji na założenie przedsiębiorstwa społecznego i wsparcie pomostowe finansowe w pierwszym roku działalności. W ramach projektu realizowane będzie także specjalistyczne wsparcie biznesowe dla istniejących przedsiębiorstw społecznych. Projekt realizowany będzie przez akredytowany Ośrodek Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej na województwo podlaskie zgodnie ze strukturą akredytacji przez OWOP i Fundację FIR. OWES zobowiązuje się do regularnego poddawania się procesowi akredytacji na województwo podlaskie. (Polish)
