Currently, the building envelope does not meet the requirements of the heat transfer coefficients. The system is inefficient (low efficiency) due to a relatively robust oil boiler. In contrast, the energy-intensive internal lighting of the old type contributes to high electricity consumption. According to the estimates made in the ergeogenic audit every year, 913 GJ of final energy are used for heating and hot water heating and lighting for the use of hot water. The above works will reduce consumption by around 73 %. This will entail a reduction in CO2 emissions of 45 tonnes per year. (English)

    W ramach projektu planowana jest termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Klukowie polegająca na: * dociepleniu tam gdzie to uzasadnione – przegród budynku w zakresie niezbędnym do spełnienia wymogów WT 2021, w tym także wymiana większości stolarki otworowej, * przebudowie kotłowni – w miejsce starego kotła o niskiej sprawności zainstalowana zostanie pompa ciepła z gruntowym wymiennikiem ciepła wspomagana przez nowy kocioł olejowy (szczytowe źródło ciepła); * wymianie oświetlenia wewnętrznego na energooszczędne typu LED. Obecnie przegrody zewnętrzne nie spełniają wymogów dotyczących współczynników przenikania ciepła. Instalacja c.o. jest nieefektywna (niska sprawność) ze względu na dość mocno już wyeksploatowany kocioł olejowy. Do wysokiego zużycia energii elektrycznej przyczynia się z kolei energochłonne oświetlenie wewnętrzne starego typu. Zgodnie z szacunkami zawartymi w audycie ergetycznym każdego roku na ogrzewanie budynku i przygotowanie ciepłej wody oraz oświetlenie zużywanych jest 913 GJ energii końcowej. Przeprowadzenie wymienionych wyżej robót pozwoli na ograniczenie zużycia o około 73%. Wiązać się to będzie ze zmniejszeniem emisji CO2 rzędu 45 ton rocznie. (Polish)
