Project “My purpose — employment” of the Regional Operational Programme for Podkarpackie 2014-2020, Priority Axis VII of the Regional Labour Market, Action 7.1 Improving the situation of unemployed people in project (UP): 92oS. (56k, 36M), aged over 29, registered at the PUP of Leżajsk, as being unemployed with the second aid profile, resident in the Podkarpackie region (according to the Civil Code). Main objective of the project: Raising the level of employment and the employability of 78 unemployed people over 29 registered in the PUP in Leżajsk and gaining employment by at least 54 % of the UP by 30.06.2020. Main result indicators: Number of persons working, including the self-employed, after leaving the programme, -37.6 % employment rate — 54 % Expected response: The project will provide comprehensive support through the use of 3 different forms of support for each of the 92Ps, et.IPD, collective occupational guidance, a traineeship. In addition, for 32 UP after the traineeship, we assume, as part of the project, a job as part of the reimbursement of equipment costs or the retrofitting of jobs. Zad.1. Identification of the needs of project participants (92 UP) Collective occupational guidance (92UP) Zad.3. 3-6 m-CY (92UP) Zad.4. Cel główny projektu: Podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia 78 os. bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Leżajsku oraz uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez min. 54%UP do 30.06.2020r. Główne wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba os.pracujących,łącznie z prowadzącymi dział.na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu programu-37,6% Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej - 54% Przewidywane działania: Projekt zapewni kompleksowe wsparcie poprzez zastosowanie 3 różnych form wsparcia dla każdego z 92UP, tj.IPD,grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe, staż. Ponadto dla 32 UP po stażu zakładamy w ramach projektu zatrudnienie w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Zad.1.
