The main aim of the project is to reduce the energy consumption needed to operate the 7 public buildings in the municipality of Solina, which are: A team of schools in Wołkowyi, a Primary School in Berezce, a Team of Schools in Bóbrce, G.Z.K in Polańczyk as non-eligible costs, the municipal authority in Polańczyk, the Primary School in Myczkowce, the Rural City of Myczkowce. The project concerns the reduction of the heating energy consumption for heating of the building and CWU. The additional objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in electricity generation through the installation of a photovoltaic installation for its own 2 buildings, a heat generation from the solar collectors to the CWU, a GHP heat pump and 4 biomass boiler heaters. In connection with the implementation of the material scope of the project, the costs will be reduced for the heat and electricity supplied to the buildings. The buildings are located in the municipality of Solina, the total floor area of the buildings is 6 190.60 m². In the current state of construction, buildings need to be upgraded, as building blocks and window and door joinery do not fulfil the applicable technical conditions for thermal insulation. In the context of the project’s objective implementation, a number of upgrades are planned: warming of external and fundamental walls, warming up of the roof and the ceilings, replacement of old window and door frames, modernisation of heating and CWU systems with new sources of heat. In addition, the installation of RES installations in the form of photovoltaics with a total capacity of 10 KW, solar collectors with a total capacity of 21 KW, a GHP heat pump with heating capacity of 120 KW and 4 biomass boiler heaters with a total capacity of 565 TA is also planned. The implementation of the construction and installation works discussed will bring energy improvements in buildings, reduce final energy consumption by 1 172.72 MWh/year and thus reduce CO2 emissions to air in a quantity of 425,16 tonnes/year. Głównym celem projektu jest zmniejszenie zużycia energii potrzebnej do funkcjonowania 7 budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Solina, są to budynki : Zespołu Szkół w Wołkowyi, Szkoły Podstawowej w Berezce , Zespołu Szkół w Bóbrce, G.Z.K w Polańczyku jako koszty niekwalifikowane, Urzędu Gminy w Polańczyku, Szkoły Podstawowej w Myczkowcach, Wiejskiego Domu Kultury w Myczkowcach . Projekt dotyczy ograniczenia zużycia energii cieplnej do ogrzewania budynku i CWU . Dodatkowym celem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w produkcji energii elektrycznej poprzez wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej na potrzeby własne 2 budynków, energii cieplej w postaci kolektorów słonecznych do CWU, pompy ciepła GHP oraz 4 kotłowni biomasowych . W związku z realizacją zakresu rzeczowego projektu zostaną zmniejszone koszty za dostarczaną do budynków energię cieplną oraz elektryczną. Budynki zlokalizowane są na terenie Gminy Solina, całkowita powierzchnia ogrzewana budynków wynosi 6 190,60 m2. W obecnym stanie budynki wymagają modernizacji, gdyż przegrody budowlane oraz stolarka okienna i drzwiowa nie spełniają obowiązujących warunków technicznych co do izolacyjności cieplnej. W ramach rzeczowej realizacji projektu planuje się wykonać szereg modernizacji polegających na: ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych i fundamentowych , ociepleniu stropodachów i stropów , wymianę starej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej , modernizacji instalacji ogrzewania i CWU z nowymi źródłami ciepła. Dodatkowo planuje się wykonanie instalacji OZE w postaci fotowoltaiki o łącznej mocy 10 KW, kolektorów słonecznych o łącznej mocy 21 KW, pompy ciepła GHP o mocy grzewczej 120 KW i 4 kotłowni biomasowych o łącznej mocy 565 KW. Wykonanie omówionych prac budowlanych i instalacyjnych przyniesie efekt w postaci zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków, zmniejszenie zużycia energii finalnej o 1172,72 MWh/rok, a tym samym ograniczenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery w ilości 425,16 ton /rok.
