The project is comprehensive with 3 actions: The revitalisation of the market in the city of Usage, i.e. 1 May — actions contributing to the stimulation of the poor and the at risk of social exclusion (social and cultural activities), — promotion measures. The main objective of the aforementioned revitalisation measures, which are covered by the Local Rehabilitation Programme of the Municipality of Urun until 2023, is to improve social, economic, spatial, technical and environmental degradation through a comprehensive and interdisciplinary transformation, aimed at removing degraded areas from the crisis. By implementing the project, it will be possible to create a high quality public space, representing the city’s business card and making it more attractive to tourists, better communication in the market area, creating a leisure time for the inhabitants, promoting social inclusion and the development of local businesses by enabling the provision of catering services to a revamped space. The project will also influence the activation of society by including in the culture of the region. The draft foresees preparatory work for the SWI, investment supervision and information and promotion activities. The project is implemented within the conservation area listed in the Register of Historical Monuments (No 154/57). As a result of the implementation of the investment, the following measurable effects will be achieved: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — 1; The number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities — 1, Realisation of regeneration areas — 0.51 ha; Project share for the area affected by the LPR — 100 %; Number of enterprises based on 2. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Ujazd. Projekt będzie realizowany w Partnerstwie. Projekt ma charakter kompleksowy, obejmuje 3 działania: - rewitalizację rynku miasta Ujazd tj. Placu 1 Maja, - działania przyczyniające się do aktywizacji środowisk ubogich i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (działania społeczno-kulturalne), - działania promocyjne. Głównym celem ww. działań rewitalizacyjnych, objętych Lokalnym Programem Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Ujazd do roku 2023 jest dążenie do poprawy degradacji społecznej, gospodarczej, przestrzennej, technicznej i środowiskowej poprzez kompleksowe i interdyscyplinarne przemiany, ukierunkowane na wyprowadzenie obszarów zdegradowanych z kryzysu. Dzięki realizacji projektu możliwe będzie utworzenie wysokiej jakości, reprezentacyjnej przestrzeni publicznej, stanowiącej wizytówkę miasta i podnoszącej jego atrakcyjność turystyczną, usprawnienie komunikacji pieszej w rejonie rynku, stworzenie miejsca rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowego dla mieszkańców, sprzyjającego integracji społecznej oraz rozwój lokalnej przedsiębiorczości poprzez umożliwienie świadczenia usług gastronomicznych na zrewitalizowanej przestrzeni. Projekt wpłynie również na aktywizację społeczeństwa poprzez włączenie w kulturę regionu. W projekcie przewidziano prace przygotowawcze -opracowanie SWI, nadzór inwestorski i działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Projekt realizowany jest na terenie objętym ochroną konserwatorską, wpisanym do rejestru zabytków (nr 154/57 ). W efekcie realizacji inwestycji osiągnięte zostaną następujące mierzalne efekty: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt.; Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt., Pow. obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,51 ha; Udział projektu w odniesieniu do obszaru objętego LPR - 100%; Liczba przedsiębiorstw ulokowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach- 2 szt.
