The strategic objective of the project described in this proposal is to continuously enhance the participation of Juan-E.Szabańska Sp.J. in the domestic market and considered the expansion into foreign markets. The analysis of the Polish market and of the foreign markets that are of interest to us has shown that the growth in competitiveness in the area we have identified is achievable by pursuing the following business objectives: 1. Increase in brand impact on the market 2. Increase of production capacity of the manufacturing plant in Grajewo 3. The increase in domestic and export sales to this investment was therefore developed as a response to the market signals identified. The challenges of the market have been raised by the technological challenges: The development of material to shape residential and office space based on modern designs and at a very high level in the use of machinery that provides technological feasibility. — to increase production capacity while maintaining the quality of the finished product — releasing the automated front production, removing the manual approach for an efficient industrial approach — we have selected the machine park, which will allow the production of an innovative table top and increase the production capacity of the front, without any additional burden on the line that meets the market needs to date. The comprehensive investment covered by this application dossier shall include the purchase of: Automatic polyurethane crumbs, automatic type grinding machines, cutting machines and unpatented technical knowledge, documentation for utility models on furniture fronts. The project will run until the end of March 2018. The estimated total cost of the investment is PLN 2 601 080,02, the eligible costs of the project: PLN 2 113 807,86. We request a financial contribution from the ERDF of PLN 1 056 903,92. (English) | |||

Celem strategicznym projektu opisanego w niniejszym wniosku jest stałe zwiększanie udziału firmy Juan-E.Szałańska Sp.J. na rynku krajowym i przemyślana ekspansja na rynki zagraniczne. Analizy rynku polskiego i interesujących nas rynków zagranicznych wykazały, że wzrost konkurencyjności w określonym przez nas obszarze jest możliwy do osiągnięcia poprzez realizację następujących celów biznesowych: 1. Zwiększenie oddziaływania marki na rynku 2. Zwiększenie mocy produkcyjnych Zakładu Produkcyjnego w Grajewie 3. Zwiększenie sprzedaży krajowej i eksportowej Niniejsza inwestycja została więc opracowana jako odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane sygnały z rynku. Wyzwania rynkowe postawiły przed nami wyzwania technologiczne: - opracowanie materiału umożliwiającego kształtowanie przestrzeni mieszkalnej i biurowej w oparciu o nowoczesne wzory, a przy użyciu parku maszynowego zapewniającego technologiczną wykonalność na bardzo wysokim poziomie. - zwiększenie mocy produkcyjnych przy zachowaniu wysokiej jakości produktu gotowego - uruchomienie automatycznej produkcji frontów, rezygnacja z podejścia manufakturowego na rzecz wydajnego podejścia przemysłowego - dobraliśmy park maszynowy, który pozwoli na wdrożenie do produkcji innowacyjnego blatu oraz zwiększenie mocy produkcyjnych frontów, bez dodatkowego obciążania linii zaspokajającej dotychczasowe zapotrzebowanie rynku. Kompleksowa inwestycja objęta niniejszą dokumentacją aplikacyjną obejmuje zakup: Automatycznej okleiniarki poliuretanowej jednostronnej, automatycznej szlifierki szeroko taśmowej, pilarki do rozkroju oraz nieopatentowanej wiedzy technicznej – dokumentacja do wzorów użytkowych na fronty meblowe. Projekt realizowany będzie do końca marca 2018r. Szacowany koszt całkowity inwestycji to 2 601 080,02 zł., koszty kwalifikowalne projektu: 2 113 807,86 zł. Wnioskujemy o dofinansowanie ze środków EFRR w wysokości 1 056 903,92 zł. (Polish)
