Przedmiotem projektu “E-Usługi Miast i Gmin Podkarpackich – II etap” jest wdrożenie nowych wydajnych narzędzi informatycznych, które znacząco poprawią jakość świadczonych e- usług w zakresie administracji na terenie Gminy Miasto Krosno, Gminy Frysztak i Gminy Rymanów oraz poziom i dostępność tych usług. Zakres projektu obejmował będzie zakup i wdrożenie e-usług w 3 jednostkach administracyjnych: Gmina Miasto Krosno (wdrożenie 12 e-usług, w tym: A2C – 7 szt., w tym: 2 szt. 4 poz. dojrzałości, 4 szt. 3 poz. dojrzałości, 1 szt. 2 poz. dojrzałości , A2B – 1 szt. na 3 poz. dojrzałości, A2C/A2B – 4, w tym 3 szt. 3 poz.dojrzałości i 1 szt. 1 poz. dojrzałości), Gmina Frysztak (wdrożenie 10 e-usług, w tym 9 e-usług nowopowstałych: A2C – 6 szt., w tym 2 szt. 4 poz. dojrzałości, 2 szt. 3 poz. dojrzałości, 1 szt. 2 poz. i 1 szt. 1 poz. dojrzałości, A2C/A2B – 2 szt. na 3 poziomie dojrzałości, A2A - 1 szt. na 4 poz. dojrzałości oraz podniesienie poziomu dojrzałości istniejącej e-usługi: A2C - 1 szt. z 2 na 3 poziom dojrzałości), Gmina Rymanów (6 e-usług - wszystkie A2C, w tym 2 szt. na 4 poziomie dojrzałości, 3 szt. na 3 poziomie dojrzałości i 1 szt. na 2 poziomie dojrzałości) oraz doposażenie ich w sprzęt i oprogramowanie niezbędne do wdrożenia/rozwinięcia e-usług.Cel główny projektu “E-Usługi Miast i Gmin Podkarpackich – II etap” sformułowano jako: "Zapewnienie mieszkańcom Podkarpacia lepszego dostępu do szerokiego zakresu usług publicznych dostępnych drogą elektroniczną poprzez wzrost ilości i jakości świadczonych e-Usług".Ze względu na ograniczenie w ilości znaków cele szczegółowe przedstawione zostały w studium wykonalności projektu.Zaplanowany do zakupu sprzęt informatyczny jest wyłącznie elementem uzupełniającym w projekcie, niezbędnym do wdrożenia e-usług. Jest z nimi funkcjonalnie związany, a jego specyfikację dobrano optymalnie. (Polish)
