Project tasks: — Carrying out the work of adaptation at the premises of the new branch of the nursery school, including the creation of a playground; Purchase of teaching aids; Training teachers on working with children with special educational needs; — Additional concepts for children between 2,5 and 6 years old with equal educational deficits and linguistic and digital competences. Main results: Creation of a new integration unit (70 % increase in pre-school facilities); — equipment for the new branch in modern teaching and toys; — the acquisition by teachers of competences necessary for work with children with special educational needs, with a particular focus on children with disabilities; — expanding the provision of nursery schools with additional activities to improve children’s educational opportunities by tackling deficits and reducing deficits and developing key competences. Cel: Upowszechnienie edukacji przedszkolnej wśród dzieci w wieku od 2,5 do 6 lat ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dzieci niepełnosprawnych, dzięki stworzeniu nowego oddziału przedszkola dla 45 dzieci (28K/17M) oraz podniesienie ich szans edukacyjnych poprzez realizacje zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe oraz wyrównujące stwierdzone deficyty w okresie od 1 IX 2017 r do 30 IV 2019 r. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczeg. RPO WM także dzięki objęciu wsparciem w zakresie podnoszenia kompetencji do pracy z dziećmi o specjalnych potrzeba edukacyjnych min. 8 nauczycieli przedszkola „Pomysłowy Przedszkolak” (którzy zgodnie z zapisami SzOOP RPO WM stanowią grupę docelową w Poddziałaniu 10.1.1). Zadania w projekcie: - Przeprowadzenie prac adaptacyjnych w lokalu nowego oddziału przedszkola wraz ze stworzeniem placu zabaw; - Zakup pomocy dydaktycznych; - Szkolenia dla nauczycieli z zakresu pracy z dzieckiem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych; - Zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci w wieku od 2,5 do 6 lat wyrównujące stwierdzone deficyty edukacyjne oraz podnoszące kompetencje językowe i cyfrowe. Główne rezultaty: - stworzenie nowego oddziału integracyjnego (zwiększenie o 70% miejsc w przedszkolu); - wyposażenie nowego oddziału w nowoczesne pomoce naukowe i zabawki; - nabycie przez nauczycieli kompetencji niezbędnych do pracy z dziećmi o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dzieci niepełnoprawnych; - rozszerzenie oferty przedszkola o zajęcia dodatkowe podnoszące szanse edukacyjne dzieci poprzez zajęcia wspomagające profilaktykę i niwelowanie deficytów oraz rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe.
