The project is an increase in the social and professional activity of the 80 inhabitants of Nowy Sącz district at risk of poverty or social exclusion by participating in activities of the newly created Club of Social Integration Club up to 2019. Project activities: establishment and monitoring of individual pathways (IPDs) — (80 os), — Individual psychological/social/professional counselling — (80 os), — therapeutic workshops/job-search/education/education/training workshops (80 os), — work placement (80 os), — training/vocational courses culminating in an endorsement test (70 os), — job placements (75 os), — subsidised employment (5 os). As a result of the project activities, a minimum of 18 UP will be made available to DG/manned or to join social cooperatives. 45 UP will start active job search, on the basis of the project. The sustainability of the PR will be ensured by the creation and equipment of the KIS, which will continue after the end of the P. The beneficiary will carry out the activities (in accordance with the “Social Employment”) aimed at maintaining the actions launched under the project. The project tasks will be carried out in the period 01.09.2016-31.08.2019. The project will be carried out in partnership with the FHJT. Project value PLN 4039047,25, subsidy of PLN 3837094,89. Projekt zakłada wzrost aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 80 mieszkańców powiatu nowosądeckiego zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez uczestnictwo w działaniach nowoutworzonego Klubu Integracji Społecznej do 2019 roku. Działania przewidziane w ramach projektu: ustalenie i monitorowanie indywidualnej ścieżki (IPD)- (80 os), - indywidualne doradztwo psychologiczne/społeczne/ zawodowe- (80 os), - warsztaty terapeutyczne/aktywnego poszukiwania pracy/edukacyjne- (80 os), - pośrednictwo pracy-(80 os), - szkolenia/kursy zawodowe zakończone egzaminem poświadczającym uprawnienia (70 os), - staże zawodowe (75 os), - subsydiowane zatrudnienie (5 os). W wyniku działań projektowych min. 18 UP znajdzie stałe zatrudnienie/założy DG/założy lub przystąpi do spółdzielni socjalnej. 45 UP rozpocznie aktywne poszukiwane pracy, po projekcie. Trwałość PR zostanie zapewniona poprzez stworzenie i wyposażenie KIS, który po zakończeniu P, będzie kontynuował działania. Beneficjent będzie prowadził działania (zgodne z UST. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym) służące utrzymaniu działań rozpoczętych w projekcie. Zadania projektowe realizowane będą w okresie 01.09.2016-31.08.2019. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie z FHJT. Wartość projektu 4039047,25 zł, dofinansowanie 3837094,89zł. (Polish)
