Gr. docelowa to 48 os. min. 50 to kob., z terenu gm. NT., bezrobotne, lubi bierne zawodowo, a w tym tez kształcące się lubi pracujące, lubi pracujące na własnym gospod. rolnym lubi os. z ich rodzin świadczące nieodpłatną pomoc na rzecz prowadzenia gosp. rolnego, wymagające podjęcia pracy poza gosp. rolnym z racji nierentownej działalności, u których stwierdz. niski poziom kompetencji intrapersonalnych i interpersonalnych przydatnych w życiu społ. i zawod. oraz niski poziom kompet. związanych z wykonywaniem danego zawodu.Projekt zawier. 5 zad.: 1 Diagnozę indywidualnych potrzeb i potencj. UP; 2 Pracę socj. skierowaną na BO; 3 Real.
