The project consists of the implementation of a new technology and the creation of significantly improved products from the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of production of significantly improved products. The project aims to introduce a new manufacturing technology for global innovation of floor boards. The project will result in two new products with significantly improved hardness, currently not offered on the market by any of the producers. This product, which is a minimum of 50 % more severe for mechanical damage and moisture makes it possible to use the wooden floor for longer, without the need for frequent maintenance. It also makes it possible to apply this kind of appeal to locations requiring enhanced stability of the floor material (banquet rooms, sports, restaurants). The project will be carried out as follows: 1: The purchase of production lines — The applicant will order the equipment indicated below in the application which is necessary for the implementation of the new technology and the emergence of innovative products. 2: Supply of fixed assets, assembly, configuration — purchased machinery will be delivered to the Applicant in accordance with conditions agreed with the suppliers. Assembly, equipment configuration and start-up. 3: Testing — the manufacturing of a product test run to monitor product quality and machine operation, possible modification of the equipment configuration and re-test series. 4: Implementation — offering new products to customers. The investment in bringing proceedings is aimed at bringing two new products, innovative on a global scale, to the applicant’s bid. The target group of the project is the final customers of the applicant’s products: house owners, developers, investors building sports, restaurants and bankers. (English) | |||

Projekt polega na wdrożeniu nowej technologii oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie wytwarzania znacząco ulepszonych produktów od dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. CELEM PROJEKTU jest wprowadzenie nowej technologii produkcji pozwalającej na wytwarzanie innowacyjnych na skalę światową desek podłogowych. Rezultatem projektu będą dwa nowe produkty o znacznie ulepszonej twardości, obecnie nie jest oferowane na rynku przez żadnego z producentów. Produkt ten będący min. 50% bardziej wytrzymałym na uszkodzenia mechaniczne oraz wilgoć pozwala na dłuższe użytkowanie podłogi drewnianej bez konieczności częstych prac konserwacyjnych. Pozwala również stosować tego typu deskę w miejscach wymagających wzmocnionej trwałości materiału podłogowego (sale bankietowe, sportowe, restauracyjne). Realizacja projektu przebiegać będzie następująco: 1: Zakup linii produkcyjnej - Wnioskodawca dokona zamówienia urządzeń wskazanych w dalszej części wniosku, które są niezbędne do wdrożenia nowej technologii i powstania innowacyjnych produktów. 2: Dostarczenie środków trwałych, montaż, konfiguracja - zakupione maszyny zostaną dostarczone Wnioskodawcy zgodnie z warunkami ustalonymi wspólnie z dostawcami. Montaż, konfiguracja urządzeń oraz rozruch. 3: Testowanie - wykonanie serii próbnej produktu w celu monitorowania jakości produktów i pracy maszyn, ewentualne poprawki konfiguracji urządzeń i ponowna seria próbna. 4: Wdrożenie - zaoferowanie nowych produktów klientom. Inwestycja polegająca na wprowadzeniu innowacji procesowej ma na celu wprowadzenie do oferty Wnioskodawcy dwóch nowych produktów, innowacyjnych na skalę światową. Grupą docelową projektu stanowią klienci końcowi produktów Wnioskodawcy: właściciele domów i mieszkań, deweloperzy, inwestorzy budujący obiekty sportowe, restauracyjne, bankietowe. (Polish)
