Cílem projektu je zvyšování úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců v návaznosti na vývoj potřeb zaměstnavatele a přípravu vybraných skupin zaměstnanců pro zajištění nových projektů. V rámci projektu bude podpořeno 32 pracovníků firmy DENAS COLOR a. s., z toho 8 osob ve věku 54+. Projekt zajistí soulad kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce a zvýší adaptabilitu starších pracovníků u zaměstnavatele externím i interním vzděláváním. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees following the development of the employer’s needs and the preparation of selected groups of employees to provide new projects. The project will support 32 employees of DENAS COLOR a. s., of which 8 persons aged 54+. The project will ensure compliance of the qualification level of the labour force with the requirements of the labour market and will increase the adaptability of older workers to the employer’s external and internal training.
