In line with business strategy for the internationalisation of Ventas sp. z o.o., participation in fairs is one of the most valuable marketing tools. Given the possibility to present the full range of products/services offered by the company, combined with direct contact with current and potential customers, no marketing tool is as effective as participation in a fair. The subject of the project is the participation in the international fair of Ventas Sp. z o.o. where the project is internationalised and the value of exports increased by Ventas Sp. z o.o. in particular: Implementation of a new business model with a new marketing slogan: “LETS random the loop together” — entry into new foreign markets — Participation in 4 foreign trade fairs — persuading new customers to use recycled raw materials — Conclusion of 5 new foreign trade contracts — hiring of one employee. The project will consist of the organisation and the following missions abroad: a 4-day mission, — participation at the ‘K’ fair in Düsseldorf in 2016, a trip of 4 days — participation at the ‘FakumasFrierichshafen’ exhibition in 2017, 4 days trip — participation at the Amsterdam fair in 2017, a trip of 4 days — participation at the “Chinasaplas2017” fair, the applicant included the costs of accommodation, flights and intra-national transport, admission to the fair, the costs of renting an exhibition space at a trade fair, the maintenance of the stand and its construction/dismantling. The project will also include promotion costs consisting of the preparation and printing of the materials used during the fairs, the production of CDs/DVDs, USB keys with promotional material. The cost of preparing a business strategy for the internationalisation of the company’s activities is also eligible. The target group of the project is an undertaking. (English) | |||

Zgodnie ze strategią biznesową w zakresie umiędzynarodowienia działalności przedsiębiorstwa Ventus sp. z o.o. udział w targach jest jednym z najbardziej wartościowych narzędzi marketingowych. Biorąc pod uwagę możliwość prezentacji pełnego zakresu produktów/usług oferowanych przez firmę, połączoną z bezpośrednim kontaktem z obecnymi i potencjalnymi klientami, żadne narzędzie marketingowe nie jest tak skuteczne jak udział w targach. Przedmiotem projektu jest udział w targach międzynarodowych firmy Ventus Sp. z o.o. CEL GŁÓWNY projektu to internacjonalizacja i wzrost wartości eksportu firmy Ventus Sp. z o.o. Czele szczegółowe: - wdrożenie nowego modelu biznesowego, z nowym hasłem marketingowym: "Lets close the loop together", - wejście na nowe rynki zagraniczne, - udział w 4 zagranicznych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych, - przekonanie nowych klientów do wykorzystania surowców pochodzących z recyklingu, - zawarcie 5 nowych zagranicznych kontraktów handlowych, - zatrudnienie jednego pracownika. Projekt polegać będzie na organizacji i odbyciu następujących wyjazdów zagranicznych: wyjazd trwający 4 dni, - udział w targach „K” w Dusseldorfie w roku 2016, wyjazd trwający 4 dni - udział w targach „FakumaFrierichshafen" w 2017, wyjazd trwający 4 dni - udział w targach w Amsterdamie w 2017, wyjazd trwający 4 dni - udział w targach „ChinaPlas2017”, Wnioskodawca uwzględnił koszty noclegów, przelotów oraz transportu wewnątrzkrajowego, wstępu na targi, koszty wynajęcia powierzchni wystawienniczej na targach, obsługi stoiska i jego budowy/demontażu. W projekcie wystąpią również koszty promocji polegające na przygotowaniu i druku materiałów wykorzystywanych podczas targów, przygotowanie nagrań CD/DVD, pendrive-ów z materiałami promocyjnymi. W projekcie kwalifikowany jest również koszt przygotowania strategii biznesowej w zakresie umiędzynarodowienia działalności przedsiębiorstwa. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi przedsiębiorstwo.
